Seriously fabulous birthday dinner for 10 ! Great food, wine, service and hospitality! Truly the best Italian restaurant! We will be back! Thanks for making today fab!
Highly recommend this restaurant! Great great food! Italian food at its finest! Janet is the best waitress hands down!!! Don't miss this one on your visit to the Daytona area.
We went because the reviews were pretty good. I’m Italian, first generation in the US , this food was not good. The pasta was overcooked, the marinara was like ketchup, the bread was great if it was served 3 days ago, the two good things were good were the salad dressing (homemade) and the marsala sauce. Our server was Susan and you can tell she did not want to serve us. When another table came in, she told them the specials, but not us. (They also ordered wine and she made a huge deal about that). She was aggravated because we ordered water, aggravated that we asked about the soup of the day, and perturbed because we didn’t want onion on our salads. When I asked if I could have different pasta than spaghetti- her response- what do you want? Not what would you like or we have a,& c nope- what do you want? The only time she smiled was when she brought the check. The place was dilapidated, old, the bread plate was dirty, the outside of my water glass was dirty. The place didn’t look clean. Hubs had Marsala- it was good- lacked salt but that’s an easy fix. I had chicken parm- over cooked & sauce was like ketchup- not good at all-zero flavor. We left 3/4 of the meal and called it a day. My kids are servers so we didn’t want to stiff her and left over 20% not because she earned it but because we know the service industry.

So I’m down in Daytona on vacation this week and I passed his place a couple times. The building looks old on the outside which is a good sign so I decided To get some takeout, I decided to go with the chicken cacciatore. I Tell you what the food came out in about 15 or 20 minutes not bad it looks to be homemade from scratch and after a 10 minute walk back to my condo it’s still piping hot. And has some good flavor there’s definitely plenty of chicken. It also came with some spaghetti that looks really good. I haven’t tried it yet and a salad that also looks really good. So far this cacciatore is good and the ambience inside the Restaurant is good to plenty of signed pictures and memorabilia. It’s a very nice quaint looking restaurant. The service was good. Will definitely be back tomorrow night to try something else.

Food tasted wrong/gross and cheap. My date was sick for several days after. Not worth the amount of money I spent.

One of those places where as soon as you walk in you know the food is gonna be really good. Got Fettuccine Alfredo and it was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Salad was amazingly fresh and the people there have good personality. Wait was not bad at all and we had a great visit.

We stopped here for a Saturday dinner on the recommendation of a local resident. The atmosphere is nice and family friendly, food is good. service is great, we had Victor wait on us and he was great. Starter calamari was good, marinara was okay, we had the chicken, veal and shrimp marsala (house special) and chicken/mushroom pizza. Marsala sauce was too thin and a bit flat but the pizza was great. Overall a good atmosphered restaurant with good food and great service. Priced just right for quality of food.

About as Italian as a can of Heinz canned spaghetti.
We finally ate here and can't wait to go back! I had the Marsala trio of veal, chicken, and shrimp. My wife had the veal Parmigiana. Both came with a salad and a side of pasta with a delicious sauce on top. Very rich and tasty.
The Italian bread was delicious and a wonderful accompaniment to the dinners. I had chianti to drink - a half carafe - and she had a glass of white. I was too full for dessert, but she had a slice of their dark chocolate cake - decadent!
There are so many more options on the menu, I wonder what we'll have on our next visit... 0ne last thing - our total bill was about $65 before the tip, very reasonable considering what we had. Best Italian food we've eaten in the three years living here!
Only open at dinner. Others in the restaurant were raving about the pizzas. That's for our next trip

Stay AWAY unless you want roaches with your spoiled food. Better off going to Carrabas or Olive
