QDOBA Mexican Eats

Dear Q!!
I LOVE Qdoba, truly love you guys and recently moved to the area. I used to live right by a Qdoba before where I would go to at least 3 or 4 times a week!! The food was always on point staff knew me, it was soooo good!
Well anyway this is the closest one to me now I have to travel 28 minutes, (I thought to myself which I do not mind because again love Qdoba) but I only did it a couple times because each time staff was just out of it, as if there were half dead, more then that I really wouldn’t mind much if the food was great but the meat was not cooked how it usually is and they were out of stuff, just the way everything tasted was gross. Listen I travel a lot and stop at Qdobas and even go out of my way because again it is my favorite chain restaurant!! I love Qdoba!
But THIS place is absolutely horrible! It is the worst one I have ever been to! And for me to say that, someone who absolutely, you guessed it, loves Qdoba, is wild!!! This places needs to be looked into by upper management.
So now I drive every once in a while to Orlando to get my fix. Never again this place! Dammit I don’t even get as many rewards and my double checkin, double queso burritos, dammit you Daytona Staff, stop being lazy and half dead! 😡😡

Meats are poorly cooked and often unavailable. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Ironic that there is a Chick-fil-A right next to Qdoba and they provide excellent and courteous service with reliable high quality products. PLEASE, SOMEONE FROM QDOBA INVESTIGATE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!

I couldn't get to it because it's Saturday and the college is closed. Move out to a public place. I am very disappointed 😞

I’m a cookman student, I went in to get a bowl today with my cookman gear on and they were extremely rude, and very stingy. I asked for double protein and was willing to pay for it, the lady told me no twice, she stated “you can’t do double” . Even though on the menu it says you can add extra protein. If i could rate it a zero i would.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They should close this entire place down. They barely served you protein, 4 pieces of chicken , small pieces I could barely see them. Happens every time, avoid at all cost. Run the other way

I can not tell you how many times they mess up my order. It's probably 20% of the time which is way too much. In addition, they are always out of chicken...even 30 minutes after they open. Furthermore, if you get a fresh batch of white rice, its goey and globby. Finally, you need to repeat your order so many times because many of the workers are deaf or probably have hearing problems. The food doesn't compare to Chipotle. Only go here if you are starving and need a healthy meal fast.

Perhaps one of the best places to grab a bite on campus. Healthy, delicious, and fresh ingrediants really add to the taste. They clearly know flavor quite well!

I come back day after day to see if they'll finally serve the quesadilla, among other menu items, but they never do. If you're not going to make it why not just take it off the menu?

Rude staff, slow line and never ready for lunch rush. Always out of chicken and steak and don’t notify so you’ll wait in the line for 20 minutes before being told they’re out of what you want.
