We've been to this location a few times and the experience has varied. Normally the service and atmosphere are good, but the food this time had several problems, to the point we asked for a refund on some of it. It was also one of our birthdays today and they did a quieter happy birthday song (something we were grateful for). There were a few other things which contributed to this experience ending on a good note, the most notable being our server, Marcos. He was very easy to cooperate with and made the atmosphere a funny and lighthearted experience for us.-from some (semi) regulars ?

We made it to Red Lobster in Daytona by complete accident… and yet, I’m so glad it happened. Krystale was the absolute best server we’ve ever had in our lives. Personal, funny, and fantastic at upselling. While we live only 10 minutes from a different red lobster and we don’t usually frequent chain restaurants, we will absolutely drive the 40 minutes to this Daytona red lobster the next time we want to go out to eat. This store is lucky to have her as a server and I’m hoping they realize that. Executive level should be looking at her for a higher up position because I promise you, someone is going to recognize this gem and give her an opportunity of a lifetime somewhere else one day… absolutely incredible experience. I can’t say enough. Thank you, Krystale!

This was the first time I every had an issue here. We were the only ones without a server. We were not giving plates with our biscuit, which we got 15 minutes after arrival. Then the manager came to find out our drinks. Sat another 20 mintues before asking two other waiters who our server was and nope none the manager came back took our order which was totally wrong that part coming Sat another 20 mintues before asking another waiter where the food was because manager was standing there still trying to put it in the system. Finally we told them we would like an appertiser before I meal that we ordered what we do that for!!! Another 30 mintues when they brought the wrong food we didn't eat there we asked for to go boxes and took it the cost!!!!! ONE hundred THIRTY-TWO dollars ? not including the tip!!!!!!Parking: It's very limited parking and some spaces are tight

Our waitress Ethel W. was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, helpful and checked on us regularly. The restaurant was really cold. It was hard to adjust when the temps outside were warm and we were wearing shorts. The food was great, a little salty but overall what I expected. See ya when we return to Daytona!

Went with a party of 8. Two had lobster tails and both said they were delicious. Two had the shrimp and scallops, both just good. The rice was terrible, bland and undercooked. The shrimp linguine was the worst. Two people ordered it and neither one took more than one bite. It tasted like poor quality jarred Alfred sauce and the shrimp was rubbery. The biscuits were delicious as usual and our server was top notch! Felt it was way overpriced for what you got. The portions were fine but much too expensive.
