The best place i have ever stayed comfy rooms nice ac beautiful view nice beaches really good service
DON’T COME HERE! AS OF FEBRUARY 2025
HERES WHAT PEOPLE ARE NOT BEING TOLD BY THE OWNERS WHEN IT COMES TO RENTING HERE AT THE DAYTONA BEACH RESORT! First, it’s no resort!
YOU HALF TO WALK A QUARTER MILE TO PARK YOUR CAR! YOUR CAR IS LEFT IN A UNSAFE PLACE, AND
DARK PLACE, WHERE ANY HOMELESS PESON CAN GET AT, AND NO ONE WOULD EVEN KNOW, BECAUSE THERES NO ONE TO OVER LOOK THESE CARS LEFT ALONE.
IT’S VERY DANGEROUS TO BE WALKING THAT DISTANCE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT STARTS TO GET DARK OUT!
THERES ZERO, I MEAN NOTHING HERE FOR AMENITIES! THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE, IS STILL IN SHAMBLES FROM A HURRICANE FOUR YEARS AGO, ITS A HORRIBLE SIGHT
THE PRICE IS LOW FOR A VERY GOOD REASON!
A lot of hurricane damage the parking wasn't great but we still had a great time.
Bullshit.
No amenities. A joke of a placecc
Then they tow cars.
The owners brother owns a tow company.
So when you get a pass for the lot.
They tow your car to the brother tow yard for 250 a car.
Instead of a sign saying no resort parking.
Everyone assumes because you get a pass you can park there.
Nice racket.
A lawyer friend of mine will be filing a class action law suit.
MISLEADING! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I booked unit 302 at the Daytona Beach resort for my family's stay. My family, including our two sons aged 12 and 18, were enthusiastic about spending 5 days in Florida. Notably, my son has been recovering from a severe case of pneumonia, and I believed the ocean environment would be beneficial for his recuperation. We traveled from North Carolina to Florida, a journey of 7.5 hours. Upon arrival at the resort, I was astonished by its subpar condition. The online advertisement on Booking.com website is entirely misleading, showcasing a pristine private pool, and mentioning amenities such as a steam room and sauna, which we were looking forward to utilizing. Regrettably, the pool was devoid of water and has been inoperable for the past two years. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room were nonexistent. The entire establishment falls short of being considered a resort. It is dirty, outdated, and emits a moldy odor in the room (which is unacceptable considering the condition of my child recovering from the lung disease) rendering us feel unsafe and devastated. The so-called 'resort' charges were $576 per stay plus $679 fees, including a $49.99 daily resort fee. It is evident that the property does not warrant the designation of a resort, raising questions about the purpose of these charges. Following a thorough inspection of the premises and the absence of advertised amenities, we opted to book a nearby hotel instead. Given the subpar quality of the establishment, I would risk damaging my professional reputation as a travel agent if I were to book this property for my clients. In light of this, I respectfully requested Booking.com customer service to cancel of my reservation and a full refund but so far Booking.com refunded $28.00 back to me.
After many attempts to leave a review on Booking.com I got a message saying that I don't have an invitation to do so. Please be aware that kind of "resort" this place is.

Ok the pool has been damaged since Ian, IDC, I knew that before I booked. In reality not many go the pool all day every day. there is a beach about 20 yards away. We rented from a private owner, Monica. air bnb. She is responsive! This was a one bedroom and it was nice very nice actually and quiet we have ocean views from the side and it’s great. I wasn’t checking into the Ritz Carlton, it’s an area hit hard by back to back hurricanes and repairs can take years. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend. It’s a new one bedroom ocean view. With a nice kitchen and has all you need!
The room was horrible needs to be revamp views are amazing but the room r nasty .. they are not taking care of place my room had no lock and she. We asked to be moved while moving someone just opened the door on us . And said they were booked for this room . Unbelievable. Vomit in the balcony. Mold everywhere. Front desk didn't know much about anything. These rooms are individually owned . Nasty place . It needs a good revamp

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the owner Renata Gozdziak. I was trying to cancel my booking and she had the nastiest attitude towards me and started calling me difficult and hysterical because I was not getting a clear answer if I can get my room canceled. Isn’t the owner supposed to help customers out? Why am I getting called names and being disrespected because i genuinely need help?? I should have looked at the reviews on the hotel before I even booked. Trust me when I say do not stay here!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
I am currently here my first night. Come to find out, the pools are shut down along with all other amenities and All rooms here are owned by Individuals who are responsible for cleaning, stocking and providing more towels and other things you need etc…i booked through vacasa, and upon arriving I quickly noticed that the pictures on the listing were not my room. There is blood on the ceiling, a sauce on the sheets which means the sheets were not washed after the last person that stayed…maybe longer..there is a moldy smell in the room. There is mold in the drawers in the kitchen. There is food crumbs in the couches and chairs. Pee stains on pillows and carpet. Curtains are melted that cover windows. A fake nail was under one of the mattresses along with human hair under both mattresses. And best of all, a used condom laying under the bed. We paid $1300 for this room and upon calling Vacasa they refused to do anything. They sent an email exactly 24 hours before my check in saying all amenities were closed so I wouldn’t be able to cancel my stay I guess. After reading google reviews the pools have been closed for a while now but all reviews on their website are good. They didn’t offer a refund, no replacement sheets, pillow cases, or anything. So we had to go get new everything to stay here comfortable enough to stay. After talking to hotel staff about this they said we weren’t the first people to have these issues and they cannot do anything about it due to not being able to enter any of the rooms. All rooms have different passwords that only the owners have access to. So if you are looking into staying here at this hotel. Dont.. spend your money elsewhere.

Do not stay here!! I made the mistake of booking a room without reading the reviews for a last minute trip. I will never go here again or make the same mistake. This place looks run down on the outside and the inside. We found out after we got there that it had been hit by a hurricane a couple years ago and they haven't done much to repair damages since then. It looks outdated. The pictures online are nothing compared to what it looks like now. The hallway had a strong scent of weed and cigarette smoke. The room we had was not as clean as I would have expected. The pools were non-operational and were an eye-sore. They were filled with green algae/bacteria and looked horrible. They could at least cover them and try to trim the landscaping on the back of the hotel where it is closed to the public. This place was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I will not be going back there again. The staff can't help you very much either. They are just there to direct you to where your room is. I booked with priceline and I never got an email with my room number and pin code. Upon arrival to check in the staff said they couldn't help me. I had to call priceline and wait on the phone to get it all straighten out before I could find out what room I was even in. The whole experience was horrible. Some friends of ours booked a room here as well for the same weekend we did. Their room was worse than ours. The bed was nasty with all kinds of stains on the mattress that look disgusting. The night stand had what appeared to be blood on it. The bed look liked it had a spot of vomit on the bed skirt. The other bed had been urinated on, on the side and it had run down the bedskirt to the floor where a puddle was on the carpet stained. There is no way anyone cleaned that room or changed the bedding before they got there. Just gross.

This place is all based on lies. The pools don't work and they have no water in them. There's no balcony to the rooms. The parking isn't close to the hotel. No security for your cars or motorcycles. This whole ad is based on lies. They lie about getting your money back if u cancel. The rooms are owned by people outside the country and they are out to steal peoples money. Don't stay here. The building is falling apart and not safe to stay in. This hotel is full of liars and thieves.

No complimentary as advertised, rude people on front desk and size of big toe Roaches crawling around, all amenities closed, no Beach access from the building and no gym, no pool, no restaurant in the building-it were closed...
Rooms: Roaches size of big toe crawling around at balcony and in bathroom.
Nearby activities: There's a lot of activities in nearby distance.
Safety: The doorstop in the room was broken.
Walkability: A lot of activities in a short distance.
Food and drinks: If you're looking for something in the comfort of your stay, you should scratch out Daytona Beach Resort!
Noteworthy details: I love Daytona Beach, but Daytona Beach Resort is not the place I will return to!

I would not recommend. And they don’t tell you that you have to walk through another condo to get to the beach bc the one at the condo is closed (under construction).

The location was excellent, and the weather was ideal for our day in Daytona Beach. The children had a wonderful time at the beach, and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. There was ample parking available. The Airbnb room at this location was satisfactory. While the resort amenities are currently under construction, there are still plenty of activities to enjoy in the Daytona Beach area. Everything we needed was nearby, and the public beach right across the road was a convenient feature. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
