This is the place to be!!! it’s a bar setting so we watched the football game while we had dinner, we were a group of 6 and got seated immediately on a sunday. the setting and view is great!!! we got the nashville hot chicken sandwich, hangover burger, double daytona burger, and the grouper fish tacos. everything was AMAZING!!! only thing we can say for the chicken was that it was just hot and lowkey no flavor but it was SO crispy, we added some jhonny’s special sauce and that was really good, overall a 4.7/5!!
we also got drinks and they were strong!!! and the prices are not talked about!!! it’s so well priced here, def recommend!!

I just devoured the grouper tacos, the fish was fresh as well as the red cabbage and pickled onions- so good! I also splurged and got a side of macaroni and cheese 🤩 which was also great. Riverside Johnny's has FRESH, good food. I did take out tonight and it was as good as when I dine-in. Staff is always so friendly, just an overall great experience in Daytona Beach.

Our table had the Drunken Shrimp, Drunken Salmon, Shrimp and Pasta and a burger. The burger was good, not great. Shrimp and Pasta was not bad, very strong on the lemon, but the shrimp itself was tasty. The Drunken Salmon and Drunken Shrimp were basically the same dish ( just different fish) with a “creamy garlic wine sauce”. The sauce was not what we expected—it was basically a cheese sauce. And both the shrimp and salmon were blackened not just grilled. If you don't like blackened food, don't get it. If you're expecting a “creamy” sauce, not a “cheese” sauce, don't get it.
We do recommend the Fish dip, onion straws and cucumber salad.
Server was nice, but she put our order for four in at the same time as an order for 19 so we waited a long time for our food.

Been living here for 2 years now and the first time we went to Riverside Johnny's was today. Everything was excellent. Our waitress Hunter was so knowledgeable and asked us options before we even had a chance. The bartender Stephanie made the best spicy Margarita I've had in Daytona Beach. The smashburgers and the firecracker shrimp was excellent. Can't wait to go back again. And the view is awesome. Just so happen to be Rolex race at the speedway so we got to see the flyover.

This afternoon we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze while overlooking the water. The welcoming atmosphere matched the beach town vibes we were looking for. I’ll admit there were lots of delicous dishes going by our table but let me tell you, our Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich did not disappoint. It packed a powerful kick but topped with the fresh coleslaw & pickles, the flavor combination was bursting with goodness…What a Killer meal!!
Great service. Attentive & honest waitress - I left my card, she had it there for me when I came back in few hours :)

Just WoW. First time there, had the blackened grouper sandwich. Sandwich, awesome. House made tartar, PHENOMENAL! Service was great, relaxed and beautiful outside dining experience.
