I grew up in NJ in an Italian area and I've been looking for this place since I've moved here. Just to try it, I got a sfogliatelle. IT WAS PERFECT! Haven't had one that good in years (and miles). I will certainly be back to try more things! Oh, and it's got to be Time Lord architecture. The place is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Parking's a little tight, but worth it.

Went there yesterday on out way home from Daytona and wanted to stop for a fresh load of bread and a couple of canolis.
When I got home, I wanted a sangwhich and took the bread out of the bag and it was as hard as a rock and I could not eat it. I even tried 20 second in the microwave to soften it up but did not work.
You charge almost $7 for a small loaf of bread which is not edible.
Maybe you shouldn't leave the bread in open air in a wooden basket all day.
OH well, last time for me, I can't afford it.

I was excited to try this little deli out. We desperately miss the amazing Italian bakeries and delis from up North.
We we're greeted immediately. We sitted ourself and looked over the menu to decide what to order. The sandwiches were delicious and made with fresh bread and deli meat. Each additional topping is $.99. The cream puff and eclair were amazing. So good! The traditional cannoli was just ok. They are not made to order, as advertised. That would take them from ok to good.
Now for the con.... My career has been in the corporate banking world, my entire adult life. I understand the laws with debit card surcharges. Rosie's charge an additional 3.5% for all card purchases, including debit and prepaid cards. So this inflates the already high prices.
We might consider stopping in again, only if Iwe have cash, which isn't very often.

My husband has been wanting to try this place. Looks cute from the outside. We were looking forward to trying it out. When we ordered the lady taking the order was very rude to my husband and was not pleasant at all. We ordered one Rosie Italian sandwich, a conoli, and a pineapple dessert and it was close to $50. The sandwich was good. If you are into very overpriced food with unpleasant service then I guess. But it will be our last time visiting. It’s a shame. The rude Middle Ages lady really gave us a sour taste. The other girls working seemed to be ok and nice tempered. Oh and the conoli tasted like dried up cake icing. ?

After numerous recommendations, I decided to stop by and give Rosie’s a shot. I was not disappointed. I had “The Rosie” and was blown away. The meat, veg, and bread were fresh and fantastic. Highly recommend Rosie’s and will be back soon.

The bread on the sandwich has a very hard crust. The woman behind the counter was very rude. Bought a loaf of bread home and it was extremely hard crust to chew! Not impressed by food or their service!
