I had the mahi bowl. It was bland and I couldn’t eat it. The waiter didn’t know what gluten was. The other waiter was more helpful. I would not return.

I was at the Daytona Beach location. A female bartender served myself and my husband. The bartender was rude and out of line in how she spoke to my husband. I have visited Hard Rocks for years. I won't be back and would not recommend this based on my experience.

I was in this establishment 2/13/25, I was served by a female bartender. The drinks where made well, but she had no concept of customer service. I believe she was trying to pick up my wife. I am sure that I will not spend anytime or any money in this establishment based solely on my experience with her customer service. I think she doesn't understand that she is working in a customer service position and what side of the bar she should be on.

Got the chicken pasta it was really good. Chicken had flavor for sure. Definitely recommend and we will be going back!

My boyfriend & I made a reservation for outdoor seating because it was our 5 year anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere “nice” to drink & watch the sunset. We get there and we were told we didn’t have a reservation in the system. And the host said that even if we did make a res there’s no outdoor seating because there’s an event going on tonight and no one can be sat out there anyway. I was about to show the host my call log to show we did in fact call to reserve a table when she found my reservation on a freaking sticky note next to the computer that said my name, outdoor dining for 2. She offered us a table inside so we sit down & were greeted by the server she brings us our waters & didn’t come back. We sat there for about 15 minutes before we decided to just leave, cause it’s rare we can go on vacation and i didn’t want to spend our anniversary here anymore. And I informed the server as we were leaving and apologized for wasting her time. So we go out to valet and we’re told we need the valet paper stamped. My bf goes back inside and the same host from earlier said “technically I can’t stamp your ticket because you didn’t eat here, but I’ll let it slide for today”
We quickly found a new restaurant to be able to enjoy the last little bit of sunset and it was great. But yeah this location is unorganized and I won’t be back. The Seminole Hardrock & Casino in Tampa where we live would NEVER, their service is always amazing there.

Our meals were excellent. Fabian gave us excellent service as well. There were three of us for dinner and we all agreed that the food was really terrific.

I had dinner here with my wife on vacation. The reception and service was super friendly and accommodating. We had the short rib and the filet, both were absolutely outstanding! Really a culinary highlight on our trip! If you want to eat well in the area, an absolute recommendation.

Ambience was great and the salmon was tasty (the ribeye not so much) however the service was lacking for dinner as well as drinks at the bar. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

We stayed at the hotel a couple of times this summer and ate at the restaurant regularly for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We honestly never had a bad meal or bad experience. Every server that we had was awesome and helpful, always friendly. I'm surprised to see some of the lower reviews. With the amount of positive experiences we've had, I assume the negative experiences are the anomaly. We ate healthy, we ate unhealthy and it was all good.

we had breakfast here after staying the night at the hard rock, it was beautiful. we chose to sit outside. I got the breakfast burrito, the other two entree's were the avocado toast and a croissant sandwich. out of all three the avocado toast was the best. the burrito could have used some spices, salt and pepper but it was good and filling. I would recommend this restaurant if you are staying close by.

The food was excellent. I highly recommend the crab and corn dip. Everyone in my group was happy with their food. We would definitely eat here again. Our server, Cody, was excellent and very attentive.

We came back the next evening to have a drink and wasn't happy with the service at the outside bar. The bartender specifically. Maybe she had a bad day or maybe she was filling in as a bartender and didn't know what to do? .. ?‍♀️ whatever it was, I left without buying anything and she didn't care. Very poor customer relations, poor delivery of services. A little bar staff training could easily make this a 5 star spot.

I am local and always wanted to try this restaurant. Well, it did not disappoint. Atmosphere is great. Outside seating was nice. Food was amazing. Prices were great. Our server, Jeff was great. Wll be back for sure!
