I went to get a smoothie around 10:45 today and the girl at the window and the one who brought the drinks to the window were very pleasant! The smoothie and the customer service was the best yet and I’ve been here multiple times.

The staff were really nice, but the manager was absolutely blowing up on them over everything. She was yelling about how she should fire the whole staff because they didnt open or close properly, and I'm just standing right there waiting for my order

We came in 25 min before close in the drive thru and after waiting 15 min in line they took the person in front of us order then told us they are shutting down.

I was a Smoothie King customer for 30 years. Quality and consistency gradually declined over the years. Mistake after mistake on each visit. The final straw was when I ordered my usual blueberry strawberry smoothie and they gave me the wrong one. When I told them it was not correct, they just added blueberry to the strawberry banana smoothie instead of remaking the correct one. It's a shame that there is no quality control anymore.

Went to this Smoothie King at 5:25pm on September 12, 2025, and there was a cone in the drive thru. I have seen them do this before in the mornings so I knew it wasn't a mistake and they closed down the drive thru. The morning I kinda get but the evenings, I don't know why they closed it, I had my dogs in the car so I could not go inside. There was also like 3 or 4 customers in there so even if I did want to take my dogs in it could be a risk if someone was allergic. So I tried ordering on the app for pickup and it would not allow me to place an order. Unfortunately this is the only Smoothie King around and I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Waste of time, money, and gas 😔

Drove 20 minutes to get the Açaí bowl and was told they already “took it to the back” 40 minutes before they close. Trash.

I’ve been going to different smoothie kings for 10+ years. Different locations , different states. I can honestly say this is the slowest and the worse smoothie king you can go to. Management should look into this matter. Just by looking at the last 3 reviews, it says a lot about who’s working there. Do not waste 30 minutes of your time trying to get a smoothie here. It’s ridiculous. If y'all don’t want to work, stay home!

3rd time stopping by the drive thru and you literally have to scream in the speaker to get your order taken, if not you will wait there for 10 minutes+
Idk who owns this store but your employees are embarrassing. There is no urgency what so ever. Do better and find people that actually wanna work.

The attention is too slow, and when it comes to receiving your order, the workers are not at all kind.

4 people in here and they look lost . They take forever to take orders and make your smoothie. Also drive thru doesn’t work . Pretty bad service.

I walked into this Smoothie King and waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were five employees working, all visibly stressed and backed up, but no one was communicating. Not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, they avoided eye contact and continued taking drive-thru orders while completely ignoring customers inside. It was frustrating and unprofessional, so I ended up leaving without ordering. If in-store customers aren’t a priority, they should at least post a sign or communicate. Definitely need to get it together. If management cares to review cameras, this was around 12:50pm on Feb 4th.
