Wow i never make bad reviews but the girl at the window today 2/13 at 2pm was the rudest person ive ever come in contact with. I’m not sure what her issue is but she sounded like she did not want to be there. Awful experience if i could give 0 stars i would. Won’t be back.

Great experience every time! I want to give a special shout out to Kris for helping me today. She is always incredibly friendly, professional ,and attentive. Today she went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was handled perfectly. Customer service like this truly makes a difference, and its the reason I keep coming back. Thank you Kris, for always providing such outstanding service!

I don’t know who the girl is that was working this evening 2/18/26 around 6:30 pm but her customer service was absolute crap. Mumbling into the headset with snarky remarks when asked to repeat what she had said. Pulled around to the window and she has her cellphone on her shoulder under her sweater carrying on a conversation with someone in the phone, passing the smoothies she nearly threw the smoothies into my hand with an eyeroll.

Worst Smoothie King I've been to so far. Sat in the drive thru for 5 min and nobody said a single word on the speaker, drove around went in stood there for 5 more min and nobody even acknowledged me. There was another customer standing there at the register they weren't helping. 2 employees in there, one making stuff and the other guy just walking around and stopping to wash some dishes for a second before walking around some more. Horrible service, save yourself the headache and don't go.

I went to get a smoothie around 10:45 today and the girl at the window and the one who brought the drinks to the window were very pleasant! The smoothie and the customer service was the best yet and I’ve been here multiple times.

The staff were really nice, but the manager was absolutely blowing up on them over everything. She was yelling about how she should fire the whole staff because they didnt open or close properly, and I'm just standing right there waiting for my order

We came in 25 min before close in the drive thru and after waiting 15 min in line they took the person in front of us order then told us they are shutting down.

I was a Smoothie King customer for 30 years. Quality and consistency gradually declined over the years. Mistake after mistake on each visit. The final straw was when I ordered my usual blueberry strawberry smoothie and they gave me the wrong one. When I told them it was not correct, they just added blueberry to the strawberry banana smoothie instead of remaking the correct one. It's a shame that there is no quality control anymore.

Went to this Smoothie King at 5:25pm on September 12, 2025, and there was a cone in the drive thru. I have seen them do this before in the mornings so I knew it wasn't a mistake and they closed down the drive thru. The morning I kinda get but the evenings, I don't know why they closed it, I had my dogs in the car so I could not go inside. There was also like 3 or 4 customers in there so even if I did want to take my dogs in it could be a risk if someone was allergic. So I tried ordering on the app for pickup and it would not allow me to place an order. Unfortunately this is the only Smoothie King around and I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Waste of time, money, and gas 😔

Drove 20 minutes to get the Açaí bowl and was told they already “took it to the back” 40 minutes before they close. Trash.

I’ve been going to different smoothie kings for 10+ years. Different locations , different states. I can honestly say this is the slowest and the worse smoothie king you can go to. Management should look into this matter. Just by looking at the last 3 reviews, it says a lot about who’s working there. Do not waste 30 minutes of your time trying to get a smoothie here. It’s ridiculous. If y'all don’t want to work, stay home!
