They don’t have good service at all. Smoothies are good, but the customer service is terrible.

I walked into this Smoothie King and waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were five employees working, all visibly stressed and backed up, but no one was communicating. Not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, they avoided eye contact and continued taking drive-thru orders while completely ignoring customers inside. It was frustrating and unprofessional, so I ended up leaving without ordering. If in-store customers aren’t a priority, they should at least post a sign or communicate. Definitely need to get it together. If management cares to review cameras, this was around 12:50pm on Feb 4th.

You know I've been coming here for a while ever since I got home from the military. This smothie King I personally believe is one of the best smoothie Kings I've been to and I've been to a lot all around the world.

And I got to give it to Elijah (I hope I spelled his name wrong if not I'm sorry) there was really straightforward and awesome was able to get my bowl super quickly.

I appreciate everything this location is doing, they are amazing

The employees. Here suck. I owned a retail store for 18 years and the two idiots that were working in the store tonight would’ve been fired in one day.

The manager is great, the staff was helpful. There's a lot to choose from , but the manager there guided me through the menu.

I come to this Smoothie King several times a week, if not everyday. It’s comforting when the staff addresses me by name. For the most part the staff always have positive attitudes and are in good spirits and I can appreciate that! I’m not sure what has changed over the last year but this store has shown major improvement.

More interested in drive thru then helping people at counter . I was standing there for 5 minutes 2 employees do not even acknowledge you and keep taking orders @ drive thru. I will never return to this location again
