slowest starbucks i’ve been to
I don't know what was wrong with the white guy with the grey beanie this morning, but his costumer service lacks big time. It started with him dropping whatever he had in his hands when I walked in and walking up to the register to take my order like he was doing me a favor. Then I asked for a cold brew coffee and he said they're sold out and won't have any for the next 4 hours. When I asked if there was another Starbucks that may gave it he rolled his eyes and said I guess.

Close randomly for a meeting. Ridiculous. Placed an order online and the only option is to sit inA drive through line. Unbelievable inconvenient for customers. Abysmal customer service. An embarrassment to the brand reputation and standard. Ownership should take a hard look at this management team and reconsider their positions.

The service was excellent. The coffee was ok. It was freezing in the lobby. Drive-thru was very busy, so we went inside.

This was a quick and easy place to get coffee on my drive north from Orlando. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because I asked the lady in the drive-thru could she suggest a low calorie option coffee. Then I realized, before she said anything, that the calories was on the drive-thru board which I accidentally overlooked. I was about to tell her I found them when she replied back that if I wanted to see the calories I would have to download the app. So, she too didn't realize they were on the board. Yet, my thought was this - she's an employee she should have known to say, "they are on the drive-thru board" but she didn't. She had no clue. But the drink I got was good and it was quick so that's the reason for the four stars; other than that it would have recieved a 1-star because of that employee.

One of the girls that took my order, I went 2 days in a row, was pretty rude, but the girl that took my order on the following day was real nice and respectful. Now... the girl that made my drink, Morgan, was amazing. Made it look so delicious and it was! The Dragon Drink is perfect for a hot day. Thanks Morgan!
Hi, I lost my bag in the store, and I went 2 days later to actually be given the bag with everything and every dollar in yet. Very pleasant people and very honest. I was very impressed and appreciative of their honesty. Thanks so much.

After 20 plus minutes waiting for cake pops which are pre-made i asked a second person "Nikki" for help i explained the situation her she made a scene saying that she hates when people give her barista a hard time. Loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear as if I had complained before this or even said anything to anyone prior. NIKKI IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS TO GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
After leaving i called to report this issue when they answer i asked for a manager and hear Nikki in the background say I'm will play manager and then hung up on me several times before finally answering and denying that she was hanging up on and insisted she was the manger....knowing she wasn't.
She acted this way to a 6 year old, my daughter was the customer I just stepped into ask why it was taking so long and recieved all of this backlash.

I came to this location this morning and ordered drinks and food. Something in the drinks was spoiled, I took a drink and almost instantly puked. As soon as I took the lid off I could smell something was off. So I know the worker making my drinks could smell it to. I have tried calling the store multiple times this morning it says “user busy” someone needs to give me back my money ASAP! If I or my child gets sick from this we will be compensated very well!!!! There is absolutely no excuse for this amount of laziness! I know Starbucks pays their workers well above the average for Volusia County!

From the time of ordering at the drive thru to the time I left was 16 minutes. Multiple people left after ordering including me. Never even made it to the window.
