Everyone knows what to expect when they visit starbucks by now. Crowds, overpriced drinks, sugar rush, caffeine high, blah, blah, blah. What I didn't expect when I visited this location was Lexi, the barista who took my order. She was sunshine on a cloudy day! If I lived in Daytona Beach, she would be the reason why I would visit this location daily. I wish she would teach a national class on how to greet customers and welcome guests. Every customer-facing/customer-forward company needs a Lexi on their payroll.

HOMEWARD BOUND RELOCATION LLC
The staff were super friendly to me.... Little did they know, who I was, and that I had spent all night out in the cold front on new Smyrna, stranded by a struggling small business out of Orange City.... They let me use their restroom to listen to hymns of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, my professed faith that God is bringing me back to, while I flushed my body from the only food I was able to get, with no money, wallet etc.... You gave me safe Haven, while travelling thru rough crowds. My name is Harry, and I AM GOING THRU SO MANY STRUGGLES AND IM HAPPY TO FEEL SAFE. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF HERE. As a previous starbucks worker I am disappointed in this location. I mobile ordered and the drink was made wrong so when I respectfully asked for the drink to be remade the baristas completely invalidated how I felt claiming saying“it definitely wasn’t made wrong but ill remake it” and rolled her eyes.At least at my store we were not trained to talk to customers like this and as a regular since 2019 i'm disappointed and will not be back

This Starbucks is notorious for getting your drink order wrong. I don’t know how they are trained but when you ask for iced coffee all of them ring it up as a Latte so one day I didn’t realize it and drank it wondered why is was so nasty hour and a half later I called 911 bc I was having a panic attack from the espresso. I cannot drink espresso my heart felt as if it were beating out of my chest and I felt like I was dying NEVER again. An iced coffee is an iced coffee I had to correct them AGAIN today. The girl at the window claimed she couldn’t see the persons order in line behind me so I could pay for them with my order when I know that’s untrue because I’ve paid for the person behind me at this location in the past I guess that cashier knew what she was doing.

40 minute wait to get a drink on a Thursday at 10:30. 6 customers that came in after me, some 15 minutes after, all recieved their orders. Never again with this starbucks.
