Every posting of the hours for this location is inaccurate. Placed a mobile order that I paid for, app said the location was open, Google maps said it was open, per hours on door should be open. When I arrived the door was locked and I got screamed at by the employees inside like I had the plague or was trying to rob them. Nobody ever answers the phone, can’t get a refund.

The store hours are 8-7 pm according to the entry sign however, at 6:30 there was a person already closing the store with doors locked and ignoring all the bunch of people at the door.

No prices on the convenience items makes it a guessing game where you only lose with hotel markup. In addition, the Starbucks has no tall options for cold drinks forcing you into upgrading your drink whether you want to or not. I didn't play the game and took my money elsewhere.Edit: I found Dunkin right across the street. Good prices, good food, no hotel nonsense.

The main barista Mariam is the sweetest person. Always greeted me with a smile. Was patient while dealing with trainees, friendly to grumpy unorganized patrons. Super happy human. Was in hotel for work for 3 weeks. Never did I see her waiver from goodness. Hope Starbucks recognizes her and pays her accordingly.
