The chili here isn't the greatest. Kind of bland.

Tried to order two meals the kiosk would only let me order one
Asked the staff for assistance all i got was a look of disgust
So i left
I'm sure the issue might have been my lack of knowledge of how to use their cumbersome system

We dined in at Steak ’n Shake and had a really positive experience. The manager, Omar, was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Even when he called out our food, he had a warm tone that made the visit feel pleasant.

He brought my daughter a hat, games, and crayons, which helped keep her entertained and made the meal easier for us. It was thoughtful and appreciated.

The food was good — the burger was a little salty, but still tasty. We haven’t been here in a while, so it was nice to return to a clean, comfortable atmosphere with great service.

Even though they closed the drive thru early I was able to go inside and order then have them deliver it through the window after I ordered. Cashier was nice and sympathetic to my situation. He gets a 5 star for making my night.

This used to be one of my favoite places to grab a quick bite to eat. I only get to eat there once in a while now since I don't live in an area where they are located. Its just not the same as before. Order from a kiosk, reduced menu and no friendly atmosphere/wait staff anymore. It has truly ruined the experience for me. I guess it's just another casualty of Covid and inflation. Food was ok but I wont be going back. :(

Great burger

Great bacon double cheeseburger.
Kiosk was difficult no help
Then 3 girls came in and the guy did sumersaults to help them.
Food was good, and that was it
