Ok, this was my first time at a Steak 'n Shake. I've wanted to try it for a while but just got around to it today. I got the #1, which is a steak burger with cheese, pickles, onions, and ketchup. It was delicious. It also came with fries, and I got a shake instead of a soda. The fries were really super thin, and they had very little salt, unlike that place with the big yellow M that puts way too much salt. They tasted great and were just the right amount of crispy. I imagine since they are so thin, they cook faster than other places, and you actually get more volume in the sleeve they come in. The shake I chose, and it was a tough decision because they had a lot of choices, the Reeses Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake, and it was great. Full of chunks of the peanut butter cups. I'm happy to have finally tried this place, I'll be back. It cost just over $10 also.

The place was really dirty and the service was unfriendly I had to clean my own table spent 50 for terrible service and food highly disappointed
Usual I would say steak and shake is a home run. But it's hit or miss for me. Last time I went I order the friso melt and when I unwrapped it it was a orange MESS!!! I used about 6 napkins trying to clean up the sause that was everywhere before I just gave up and threw it away. It looked like it was thrown together with no care at all. I think it all depends on who is in the kitchen. I also wish they would cut the Frisco melt in half. I always forget to ask them too.

Very upset and dissatisfied with steak and shake!!!! On top of paying for Uber eats which is so over priced , the driver dropped our sodas and milkshakes so we had to place a new order just for drink and a new Uber driver!!which cost even more money ! Once we received our food it was literally a bag of cold grease, the wrapping was tearing apart!! So kind of sucked getting cold greasy fries and burgers and my wife’s was completely burnt it was so bad that we didn’t even eat it !! It's also been almost a hr and still waiting for our sodas and milkshakes!!!! 54 mins and counting!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very very upset with steak and shake
