I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The tuna in my poke bowl was served warm, which raised immediate concerns about food safety and proper handling. Additionally, the dish I received looked significantly different from the photo advertised on the restaurant’s website both in presentation and ingredients. This experience left me questioning the establishment’s quality control and commitment to customer expectations.

I stopped going to this place and then I decided to give it another shot, but it still has the same problem: it’s overpriced for one and how the heck are you going to put raw seafood on top of hot rice nowhere ever have I ever seen poke bowls or sushi prepared with hot rice. Literally after I get my bowl, the seafood starts to cook due to the heat of the rice and it completely ruins the entire dish. Like please make that make sense. How are you going to serve a Poké bowl with raw seafood and pop it on top of a heap of steaming hot rice????
Every other poke place that I’ve been to cooks the rice ahead of time and seasons (Sometimes, the rice doesn’t necessarily have to be seasoned) it and then keeps it in a sealed container or the rice cooker when it’s off so the rice is either slightly cool or chilled.
This is clearly Americans messing up another culture’s food, but can’t bother to get it right.

It’s a hit every time! I absolutely love it here. I always thought poké tasted the same pretty much everywhere until I came across Stoked Poké. They truly stand out with their quality, flavorful fresh ingredients, and diverse innovative menu. Personally, I love me the Lowers Bowl with a couple additional toppings (not that it needs it). I highly recommend coming here. If I had to add any constructive feedback from a frequent customer, it would be to please consider offering a student discount. On the many occasions that I’ve gone there, I’ve noticed the popularity amongst local students like myself. For many, a bowl is probably equivalent to their hourly wage. It would be nice to feel supported just as we find it very much worth it to spend our money supporting this local business and what it has to offer. The loyalty program through your app is nice, but it does not make an immediate impact as customers have to spend a lot before noticing a reward.

Came in and they had the cooler pulled out, cleaning it - guessing shouldn’t be done during open hours. Smelt like bleach and they had a windex spray sitting on the cooler - not allowed/near food. Got a bowl anyway, but it doesn’t taste fresh, tastes old and now I’m just hesitant - throwing it out.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been there two days in a row and everything is fresh portions are crazy. Price is very reasonable definitely cheaper than getting all the supplies myself employees are very friendly!! DONT FORGET TO TIP
