They are open till 8pm yet cut off ordering at 5:45. Any other place would stop at 7:30. One star just for that.

Quality of ingredients has gone down significantly and there’s a lot of inconsistency when ordering something off the menu that isn’t byob

They make a decent poke bowl and acai bowl, but zero flexibility with moving things around. Such as I wanted to swap pineapple for jalapeños today, they said there is an upcharge - I've done it before and no upcharge, so this must be new. I've had both, and my SO and I typically get both and split them. Today, I noticed they seem to be skimping and bowls were not filled up - I see other reviewers have shared the same.

The crew members need some friendliness skills... little less pleasant today than normal but I've come to expect that brusqueness here.

Just finished eating here. The staff was super friendly, as per usual, and the food was great. I’m always super impressed by how great the customer service is, it’s a place that always makes my day better when I go visit, simply from how nice they all are.

Food taste good but their staff always seems to be struggling. I ordered my food online to pick up, went in and they told me they were too busy to make it so I sat for 30 min while they proceeded to make everyone’s order in line. Once the line was gone they asked me what I got… 30 min later!!! I watched as they got other people’s order after I arrived. Tried to be patient but it was clear they lack a little common sense. Should be first come first serve.

It would have been quicker if I just got in line with everyone.

Last two orders were missing all the extras I paid for: almond butter, honey and the chia/flax seeds. I called - no answer. I sent a chat via their website - no response.

Pretty solid spot to grab a poke bowl. Everything tasted good and fresh, though they didn't really have very many topping options that spoke to me (no cream cheese, no pickled carrot/radish, no crab salad, etc), basically just a bunch of different raw vegetables. They also committed the cardinal sin of poke places by burying my salmon underneath other toppings, which really hinders the aesthetics, when the protein is supposed to be the star of the show.

Quite the interesting place to eat! They have these amazing gigantic, açai bowls that are the same price as kingdom açai. Lots of parking. AND GET THIS: gender neutral lavatories ?

Locked up & lights off at 8:50 ? I just hate when places aren’t open the hours it says on Google because of whatever the employees feel like doing. I totally get closing up early at like 8:58 or something, but whyyyyyy

I use to love this place for many reasons.. the convenience of if being closer than port Orange and Ormond is an A+, I also loved the scenery. However I haven’t been in a while but, I must say it has went down a lot in my opinion. Let’s start with the fruit flys thats coming from the garbage can that sits right next to the table they fix your Açaí bowls. They don’t fan them away or protect your food. It’s not like it’s one or two fruit flys the garbage is filled with them like they don’t take the trash out or wash the can. The store looks dirty most times. I went yesterday thinking the experience was going to be different but, this time my fruit tasted old and that ruined it for me. I’ll be going back to the port Orange location.

Food was not good. Got tuna and it tasted like bad fish. Couldn’t even pull it out and eat the rest as the whole thing tasted like the tuna. Service was great but unfortunately the tuna was uneatable
