The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the shower is weak. Also the parking is limited it might be because of the event at the roof top bar.#chriswinckelrealtor#

So I would give this 5 stars except, after we left they hit my CC for 30.00 dollars I prepaid for the room , and the first shift lady that waited on me said she needed to hold a credit card number for incidentals, I came back downstairs from my room and clearly asked what do you consider incidentals, and she was not clear, then when I called she was very snotty with me, gave me a refund and hung up on me. So rude.Walkability: Lots of cool places to go including right across the street from the beach.Food & drinks: while we where in Daytona we ate out for pretty much every meal and all of the food was great.

Cool boutique hotel if you're a race fan, nascar history at its finest and really nice staff. Seemed like the downstairs bar was pretty cool too but I didn't use it.The rooms are a lot smaller than they look online, and the beds are only just average, parking is the worst part of this, the lot only holds about 20 cars, and if that is full you have to park in a lot with no lighting next to someone's house. It didn't feel safe at all, unfortunately the property is 80 years old so there is nothing that can be done about it. Also I was charged an extra fee for some reason, and I cant explain what it was for, even though everything was pre-paid.

Really cool hotel. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. The only downside was the skybar. Two young men (teens?) were using this basey music thing that just played beats, no real music. It was loud and went on till almost midnight. You can hear it 2 floors down. The bar staff turned the regular music off for them to play whatever they were playing. Not good when you are trying to sleep.Noteworthy details: Nice if you love NASCAR and art deco. Kind of different in a good way.

My son and hubby are huge nascar fans. We were going to eat on the rooftop. The elevator doors opened and the smell of marijuana was so overwhelming!! Super loud music. We took a few pics and left. The building is beautiful, they did a good job remodeling. They are not doing a good job of retaining real NASCAR fans!Safety: Huge smell of marijuana!!! I would not recommend for families or children!

Ordered French Dip and a hamburger and, with no others in the restaurant, it took 45 minutes to get to us.

This is a super fun place to stay! Walking distance to great food, shopping and of course, the beach. If you want to stay put, there's a bar and restaurant on the premises. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I read in some reviews that it was noisy, but we were on the 3rd floor and didn't hear anything. Loved this hotel!
