Out of all the subways I've been to the Mason Ave location is definitely one of the best if not the best! The food is quality & service is consistent. I'd especially like to thank all the staff for paying very close attention to details making sure everything is exactly as requested! Thank you to Jacob, Jason (believe that was his name) and all the others for always delivering deliciousness and ensuring orders are done right! Keep up the good work and if the owner or management reads this your hard working staff deserves not only compliments but also a raise and promotion! :)

I stopped in to grab lunch to go, the staff was so friendly and attentive to everybody, even though they were extremely busy. Great job to The young gentleman, I think his name is Jacob and the young lady that was working with wearing glasses. Stopped in around 1:30 12/5/24.

This is the BEST Subway EVER and this location is super lucky to have lovely ANGEL! She greets you like a friend and actually remembered my specific special requests after the first time.....that's AMAZING customer service! The ingredients are fresh & the service is top notch! I highly recommend stopping by!!

I go in late night and still get great tasting sub and the guy at night is very nice and makes a good sub.
UPDATE:11/17/24. I just went to this subway at 5pm on Monday. There was no line. I had a coupon for $3.99 6inch. I ordered. A roast beef toasted. I went to use my coupon and pregnant lady rudely said I could not and that it stated it on the coupon. On the coupon it says garlic roast beef and there was no garlic roast beef on their menu so I did not think that meant regular roast beef. She went into a tizzy telling me they were a testing store so their names were not correct on the menu. So I decide to pay full price and it's. 30 cents more than I have on my card like, $7.89. So I explain I don't have that much ill have to order something I can use my coupon with and she tells me they won't make me anything else and snatches the sub away. What an awful customer service rep you have there. I said I have been coming here for years and she said I hope you never come back. OVER A MISUNDERSTANDING THAT IS THEIR FAULT!!! It's not my problem your menu doesn't match the coupon. I can not believe she just treated me like this.

The employees omg they are just AMAZING they make you feel like old friends even family. Being a semi regular they even remember my order sometimes. It's sad though that subway corporate won't be allowing the build your own sandwiches anymore. It's going to hurt the business a lot and being in Florida. Well, there's really only one other place we go I won't say the name but we all know what I'm talking about.

Vegetarian options: Everything can be a salad or a bowl

Kid-friendliness: Clean employees are very well mannered and polite. AWESOME AWESOME EMPLOYEES!!!!

Terrible experience. The pickles were dry & looked yellowish when asked if there were any fresh the gentleman said that's all they have... Like what? The commercial says EAT FRESH & the lettuce also had a yellowish color. Will NEVER spend my money at this location again!!

I tried a new menu option. I don't eat meat, so dining out is a challenge. I tried the Cali Capri wrap. It was alright. I thought I saw egg in the picture, but it does not have, but that sure would have been good. Idea Subway, add egg to it!! I came with a friend and the overall dine in experience was lovely and completely satisfactory. Subway is still a valid fast food choice.

Vegetarian options: There's not many options, but there isn't anywhere really. I found a choice, enjoyed it and would get it again.
