Store supposed to open at 9:00, I was there after 9:00 lady in the tie-dye shirt I'm assuming the manager said she wasn't ready to open screamed at me through the window. Sat in the parking lot till 10 minutes after nine and still not open.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was a bit slow but it was a little busy. Dining area was clean. Men's room was our of order. Otherwise okay.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. We were not greeted, had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to talk to us even though they were directly in front of us the entire time. Had to ask what sandwich we wanted 3 different times repeatedly. Woman’s bathroom floor is covered in period blood and the toilet has never been cleaned before. They also never changed gloves in between making other peoples sandwiches, ours,and touching the register. Customer service was a 0/10, cleanliness of the rest room was 0/10, food was normal subway.

I just went in to get 6 subs. 3 of them were the same exact type with the same toppings. After that I needed 3 more and guy making the subs was mad that he has to make 6 subs at once. He asked me very rudely if I need more than 6. This guy hates his job. The worst customer service. This guys needs to quit and get his life together. Oh and to that dude making subs, I paid for those didn't ask you to give it for free.

Ali was very sweet when above me beyond with a smile on her face took a care of the customer gave this woman a raise. I wish you guys hired more people like her. She is a sweetheart. It takes pride and what she does and goes above me on for the customer is very understanding and caring.

I normally love Subway but this location has way too many issues! First time at this location as it was just convenient. The place was filthy and gross. (See photos of counter and register) The ingredients looked old and not fresh. The employee was nice BUT used the same pair of gloves to work the register and make the food! That is such a definite No No in my opinion! I asked for cucumbers so he gave me the 3 brown spotted slices that were left in the container. When I asked for more, he took my food to the back with him and came back and said they were out. I know I shouldn’t have been shy and should have spoken out loud to remind him to grab new gloves before making my food! But I didn’t. On top of everything else,you could actually feel that the bread was hard through the wrapper. This restaurant definitely needs to be inspected. I only captured a few photos trying to be discreet about it but please zoom into the photos for a closer look. (Dirt, crumbs, hair, etc..)

I always get the same thing when I come in but I’m getting tired of paying the extra $2 for avacado when it never gets put on sandwich even though I ask for it even on an online it always gets skipped

The sandwich makers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the sub ingredients! The store is small but each time we were able to get a table. We go there every time we are in Daytona beach shores. Only negative is table needed cleaned so we had to wipe them ourselves. Our experience was nice each time and we will be back next year!

They act like they are too afraid to put a decent amount of veggies on your sub. I could count the onions, spinach, peppers, etc., RIDICULOUS. That's why I love Publux subs; you dont have to ask, they give you what you need on your sub.
