I ordered ahead as I was on my way somewhere and time was short. I walk in and there are 2 people working the counter with another couple standing off to the side that said pick-up and 2-3 people in line to order. No acknowledgment of myself and the couple already waiting. Once the one clerk finished making the other person's order she asked the other couple if the could be helped. They had ordered ahead. Their food nor mine was made ahead. The clerk almost walked to help people in line waiting to order but I caught her before she could walk away to do so. Oh, this is yours, let me make it now. ?? Never again Subway!!!

As a Subway lover, it was so nice to find a shop within blocks of where we were staying. Add to that, they're doing a BOGO deal right now. Unfortunately, you have to place your order on-line for the BOGO. I stopped-in Saturday, where Cory & the other young man there helped me get a salad and a foot-long, with an 2nd foot-long for free. They helped me through the ordering process, and took my instructions for what to put on the subs. Service was great, food was great, and the experience was as awesome as I've come to expect from the brand. My wife loved the salad so much, we stopped by again Sunday to do the same.This time however, there was a petite young lady working the counter, and she's not the brightest bulb. I explained that I was placing an on-line order to do the BOGO, and my wife ordered her salad. By the time the 2 of them had customized the salad and were ready to ring it up, my order was in and dinged on their little print-out machine. Unfortunately, the ditz girl told me I'd have to wait to make up my 2 subs, because 4 other gentlemen had just entered. My wife sat down to eat her salad, and I waited politely behind the 4 men. Unbeknownst to me, the young lady made-up a single sub for me, without even asking what I wanted on it. When my turn finally came (after the 4 men), she tried to just hand me a single incorrectly made sub. When I refused to take it because it was wrong, and the 2nd sub hadn't been done yet, she further demonstrated her total lack of any customer service skills. Fortunately, Cory was working again and after processing the 4 men whom she'd put ahead of me, came over, and got everything properly taken care of. He re-made 2 subs for me, exactly the way I liked, and saved the day for us.Bottom-line: 3 stars... Cory is awesome and Subway is awesome; but the young lady working there needs to either be trained or replaced.

Every time that I come here for lunch you wait 30 minutes in line to get a sub. Same two people working all week long and can't keep up at all with the pace. Soda machine wasn't working today and response I heard a customer got was sorry sir I just got here. Then proceeded to turn away and laugh about it. True signs of an employee that doesn't care about the job nor the customer satisfaction. Other times the soda machine area isn't stocked with straws or lids. Wouldn't waste time coming to this store especially someone like me that only gets so long for lunch and gets wasted away waiting.

The place is nice enough as long as the owner isn't there. I go there often and a couple of times the owner has gotten aggressive with me for making him work or something I don't know. But he got especially aggressive when he found out that I can use the bogo50 dealin the app unlimitedly. The food isn't worth being treated like that. Pretty sure the old man everybody keeps referring to in the reviews is the owner

The young lady working that helped me and my kids was very sweet especially to my 2 yr old!!! I barely write food service reviews but I am just head over heels for my beautiful experience. Thank you to the lady that made my night 7/16/2023 @415pm.Kid-friendliness: She was very patient and a great listener to my kids and I. Of course they changed their minds a time or 2 and she was very glad to help.

My worst experience ever in a Subway store. Awful man behind the counter. He needs lessons in Customer Service. Was rude, miserable, impatient and disrespectful to every customer and his own staff!

30 minutes in line only 2 ahead of us. Workers are slow slow slow. Not to mention the workers were obviously not trained in food preparation. Only point I give them is for AT LEAST wearing gloves. Hair hanging everywhere, and workers reaching over each other over customers sandwiches being made. The workers T-shirt was getting in every bodies sandwiches. I get you don’t want to smile at work or you don’t like your job, fine. I won’t expect you to smile but I do expect you to not contaminate food.

Never I mean never go to this restaurant I think it is the slowest restaurant I've ever been at it took 25 minutes from the time to get started my sandwich tell the time he finished and I was the only person in line. The guy working with him a 6 to go sandwiches and cook bread

The service and the sandwich was good but when I got back to my hotel room and checked my receipt there was a 20% tip added to my credit card order…really I wasn’t even given the option on the card reader… be aware!
