I brought my kids to Taco Bell to get food, had them go pick up my mobile order. My autistic son had to pee and they wouldn’t let him in to use the bathroom, the employee on shift that night at midnight pulled out his phone and proceeded to threaten my kid by showing him videos of his gun saying he would use it on him. Yall better get ur employees before I take legal actions. That was so beyond unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.
Great employees there was only 3 ladies working doing there best to get the food out in timely manner dealing with some really ugly customers!! Shout out to you girls for handling it better than I would have!
Placed a mobile order around 1:30 today on December 9th, some of the best damn Taco Bell I have ever eaten. Items were packed with delicious HOT food. Blew me away. Whatever crew was working this shift should be proud of themselves. Damn good food.
