There was barely any chicken in my Chicken Cantina Bowl - like 2 chunks and a couple of shreds - FAR LESS than the usual amount [I have ordered this exact menu item multiple times at OTHER Taco Bell locations. I complained to one of the staff members on duty. Her exact response: "OK. I didn't Make the Bowl. But I will let them know." And then she walked away. Obviously this was NOT even an Apology. No attempt was made to rectify the situation and make me a satisfied customer. I will NOT be visiting this Taco Bell Again. And I have been to it multiple times in the past... never had a complaint until now. But this is unacceptable. - Joe W.

Disappointed in the cold food and more importantly the lack of quality of the food. I got barely any meat, lettuce and 3 strands of chez on each taco. I get inflation but this is ridiculous the poor amount of toppings and meat. Soo cheap for a $4 taco

HORRIBLE AND RACIST SERVICE!!!
I visited this place with my family for a meal. We ordered at the screen, and to pay in cash, we were instructed to do so at the counter. When we went, there was a young American guy who ignored us. I told him we had an order, and he reluctantly handed me two cups. I mentioned it was two waters and one lemonade, and his response was, "Keep the cups, honestly, I don't care."
Confused, we sat down to wait for our order. With a bad attitude, he started mopping the floor with dirty water, by the way. Other people arrived, and they were attended to, but we weren’t. I went to the counter to check on our order, and he wouldn't speak to me directly; instead, he spoke to the person next to him.
The staff at the counter was racist. He claimed I hadn't informed him I had an order to pay for, even though I had told him. We left without eating, and my diabetic father had low blood sugar because of the delay. They urgently need polite and professional staff at the counter.

On 12/10/2024 @ I experienced the worst customer service at this location. I waited over 30 minutes in the line for a number eight with a Baja blast, a bean burrito and a regular size nacho fries. When I got up to the window, the lady was not friendly. I asked her to repeat my order to make sure I had it correct she rolled her eyes Said it was correct quickly went over the order and I charge the card. She shut the window and walked away while doing so wiped her nose with her hand. Well then bagging Another order for another customer, she did it again in front of the window. I had tapped on the window to get her attention and politely asked her if she could wash her hands before bagging my food because I had seen her wipe her nose with her hands and then continue to handle food. She yelled at me told me she did not do that and slammed the window. I then again knocked on the window to get somebody’s attention and asked for a manager . I was in a car full of four different adults and have no reason to lie about such a thing. I waited about another 3 to 4 minutes for a manager to come over To explain the situation she apologized, and they had somebody else handed me my food. The young lady who wiped her nose twice and did not wash her hands, never came back to the window. On the receipt, it said her name was krystal I asked the young man who handed me my food for her name. He said her name was Mary.. He also said the manager’s name was Leah and his name was Kevin. I had asked Kevin if there was a way that I can make a review All he could tell me was to go online I asked for corporate’s number he could not give it to me either could the manager I am very disappointed in this location will not be returning. Please have the general manager or corporate contact me immediately.

For a taco bell, it was decent. If ya been to one you been to em all.
This Taco Bell for the last 2 years has never been great. They always forget something. They never awknoledge you when you walk in the door and walk to the counter. They will look at you and ignore you. Sat in the window for 15 minutes and still missing stuff out of my order.
This girl looked at me 3 times and stood over the counter like this for 5 minutes before coming up to me

Went through the DT about 5min ago, the order taker was rude and rushed me causing my order to be incorrect. She had long braids in her hair. I worked in restaurant management for years. That’s why it’s important to repeat a customers order and not rush them. I will never return to this location again.

Waited in drive thru line for over an hour. Our food was cold because of this and we were given nothing but straight attitude when we asked her to remake everything so it was hot. Then, she dropped the new bag. Not coming back here ever again
