The night time staff need to be trained better. They didn't seem to care about getting food out in a short time and spent time playing around. The one taking orders didn't know what he was doing. Where's the adult?
Change your hours. If you stop serving at 1:45, just say so online so people don't drive waay out of the way just to be turned away.
