I was treated so nasty by one of the female workers in there I asked for a manger was told she was there’s no way a manager treats her paying customers like that I was trying to order my food and the menu they had posted. I had got a little confused so she got on the mic very nasty tone and I was like well. I’m just gonna come to the window and she said don’t you dare come to this window, not taking your order. Who does that who acts like that y’all need to reach out to me? And as I am
Looking through the reviews, I noticed it’s always the same problem with a woman being nasty to your customers. Do you guys even read your reviews? Why would you have someone working there? That’s treating your pain customers. This way she needs to be fired. I will be calling Corporate.

So first of all I will say it's 11: 34pm at night and I went to this Taco Bell after work asked for two chalupas mind you the chalupas were very crunchy and too hard to eat it was nasty the meat tasted terrible like dog food now I know it's that particular Taco Bell because I do go to other Taco bells and order quite a bit very disappointed she was not very nice over the phone I've decided I'm going to call in the morning to get a refund I do not recommend going there poor service they were not busy at all

The drive-thru doesn't have a shelter. When we lower the glass of the vehicle door to order food, we get drenched. Simple solution every drive-thru has except this restaurant! This is Florida and it always rains here.

Spent 46 dollars for my family to eat. Guy at register was rude acted like he hated his job and just didn’t care. Food was inedible and me my kids and my man were all sicker than a dog afterwards. Would never recommend eating here. I will never eat here again. Down right disgusting.

Order #932600 - I’ve reached my limit with this location, and from now on, I will be sharing my feedback here every time my order is incorrect. You can expect to see me frequently, as I’ve been having roller coaster experiences with this place since 2011. If anyone from corporate or management happens to read this, I strongly recommend reviewing the time frame from 3:56 PM to 4:46 PM. I placed an online order for pickup, which took 10 minutes to prepare. While I’ve grown accustomed to long wait times at this location, I can’t overlook the poor service and the frequent mistakes with my orders. The company needs to improve its systems to ensure employees can accurately read orders or hire staff who can comprehend them better. As a Hindu, which you can verify with my last name, I do not eat beef. So, what’s the point of ordering chicken tacos if I end up with beef? When I arrived, not a single employee acknowledged my presence. This is why I mentioned the time frame—I highly recommend checking it. I even waved at the camera to get someone’s attention, but if I hadn’t spoken up, no one would have known I was there. It’s no surprise that my orders are wrong 90% of the time. Employees seem so absorbed in their phones that they completely miss customers in the store. Moving forward, I will no longer request my meal to be remade; I will only seek refunds and leave feedback on Google. I have evidence of my order being incorrect and proof that employees were distracted by their phones, failing to notice I was in the building.

Edit: Round 2. Order #934095 - I chose to revisit the place after my previous feedback. I'm puzzled as to why there was lettuce on my meal when I specifically asked for none. I opted for Chipotle sauce instead of Guacamole, yet I still ended up with Guacamole. Regardless of how straightforward my order is, this location consistently manages to get it wrong. It seems that no matter when I visit, I can't expect my order to be correct.
