Taco Bell

Wanted to sub nacho fries for chips on a new item but was given attitude and told that it wasn't an option. I then called another location to see if they could do it and they were happy to do it. My advice to any one looking for food late: pick a different spot. Bad attitudes and poor customer service

my girlfriend wanted the new steak garlic fries but sub her fries chips and they wouldn’t do it because it’s not possible, but then we called LGPA and they were first of all much nicer and was willing to do so. so make it make sense? now my girlfriend who is 9 months pregnant is left hungry.

Me and 2 co-workers ordered online for drive-thru pickup, and when our guy got there to pick up the staff refused to serve him unless he came inside. "Oh you really thought you were going to get three orders in the drive thru?" I would like to point out that these orders all fit in a single bag. Then once our guy is inside, they made him wait for a massive order of like 12 boxes of tacos before they would give him our food. He was at this store for an hour for food we ordered ahead of time. Staff needs an attitude adjustment and management needs replacing. I typically have nothing but empathy for food service workers, having been one myself, but this was pure retaliatory treatment for some kind of secret rule that you can't pick up multiple drive thru orders at once. Just deliberately being a pain because they have an ounce of power. It's fine, we will just go to the one on Beville where they are always happy to give us our orders in the drive thru. :)

I went to Taco Bell last Tuesday; you had employees who were working the drive-thru sick! That's right; they make the workers come to work while ill and handle your food. Not only was my food not satisfactory, but the staff has a poor attitude, and the "manager" should not be there. She has a disgusting way of speaking not only to her employees but also to the patrons. YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. I will not be back.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rudest workers ever. Slammed the door in my face and swore at me. Absolutely horrendous.

Food was absolutely disgusting.. soft taco was soaking wet... Meat tastes like day old dog food... How do I know what day old dog food tastes like you ask?

Absolutely appalling customer service last night (1/26/24). I was completely humiliated and discriminated against today. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to speak to us through the speaker, we decided to pull to the window at 1:52 am. Everyone pretended to not see us. The girl at the window with pink hair was refilling her drink. The staff were incredibly rude and refused to serve me for no valid reason. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. I will never return to this establishment and will warn everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.

No one working! Its terrible if you are in a hurry, I was stuck in drive-thru with no way out. The food is ordered was not what I received. Didn't realize until I got to destination or I would have had them correct it. Its very sad they have almost no employees!

This date at approximately 1 PM We placed an order at Taco Bell on Speedway in Daytona Beach. The staff was less than friendly when we only ordered three taco Supremes and a drink. The person said the Supremes came with sour cream, they did, about three drops. The people who were coming up the drive up, seem to be getting more attention than those who were in house. There were only two other people in the store eating.We waited a long time before we got our meal. The person behind us ordered and also waited a long time to get his meal. He commented and asked them why it was taking so long And they replied that they were doing their job. He replied that he didn’t think they were doing it very well. The person said what do you do? His response was classic, I pick up dead people. Taco Bell was my go to place, but no longer. I won’t set foot in another foot in Taco Bell again. There are better ways to spend my hard earned money for food than Taco Bell.

Two years since my last visit. Nothing has changed. Kiosk didn't work, nobody at the counter and drive thru still has standing water.

What a difference a year makes.
Lobby closed, couldn't break a hundred even to purchase gift card.

Apparently their app isn't working.
Went inside to order and no one was at the counter.
I'm done wasting my time on Taco Bell.

No matter how many times myself and my co-workers try this location the food is never made correctly and some food items are missing. i don't understand... how it happens every time
