Pulled up to pick up a DoorDash order at 2:01am which was actually 1:01am because of the time change. I was seen by the employee 3 times and completely ignored. I honked the horn and yelled out multiple times and again...IGNORED. The 4th time the employee saw me he ducked down as if I wouldn't see him?!!! I again hollered out that I was picking up a door Dash Order that was placed at 1:50am. IGNORED and he turned the outside lights off as a blatant show of disrespect and I'm openly ignoring you! I would love to know Taco Bell's policy on this. As far as I can tell if they receive the order before 2am closing time then the order should have to be fulfilled. I wasted 30 minutes of my valuable time, someone who was waiting on their food never got it, and overall it just makes for multiple unhappy people because people want to be lazy. IRRITATED is an understatement! If I can be out here hustling at this hour I dont have a lot of sympathy for those employees. UNACCEPTABLE!

i placed my order and forgot all about it. i pulled up 4 minutes before close and the people working were obviously not excited about that but didn’t show it at all and still treated me well! my food was hot and yummy!!

I don’t understand why it is so hard to just get what I ordered from this location. My husband has very specific food aversions he cannot help. I order a combo with 3 crunchy tacos without lettuce and a drink. Super simple order. He confirms it at the order speaker. He gets to the window, they confirm again what he is getting. When they hand him his item they confirm again, 3 crunchy tacos without lettuce. My husband get home… 3 crunchy tacos were in fact not in the box. Everything had lettuce in it. None of it was edible and his lunch break was over. Do better Taco Bell.

I order specific tacos and they gave me all soft potato tacos with only one of the tacos I ordered, I spent 30+ dollars there for them to be lazy and rush everything. Very inconsiderate it’s like everytime I go there it’s an issue. I definitely recommend different staff.

I went through the drive-through ordered a number 13 with a softshell taco supreme, as I was leaving I seen they did not give me the softshell taco supreme. I went back in the store. Had to wait five minutes for someone to come to the counter, asked for the softshell taco supreme. The lady with an attitude looks at the guy and says give me a soft shell. She goes to hand it to me. I said is this a softshell taco supreme The guy looked dead in my face and said yes. Once I got in the parking lot. The only thing that was on that was meat and cheese. I don’t really care about the taco. It’s the principal if you have a job and do it correctly they obviously do not like their job.

Came through the drive through and this is the worst experience ever in the history of drive through restaurant this drive through employee was a manager she literally threw our food at us cursed at us when we asked for sauce and why she then threw the sauce in our car hitting us in our face we are getting our food 🥘 was unacceptable disgusting 🤢 like they don’t care about anything shame on you Taco Bell ask for a manager she told us that she was going to call the police because we are holding her up we are the customer she is a employee with no respect for anybody

This was by far the filthiest Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping into. I knew I was in for a treat when I pulled up and I could see that the exterior windows and doors were grimy. It was clear that they had not been cleaned any time this century.
I give them props for consistency though because the interior was equally as filthy. My feet stuck to floor as I walked to the two ordering kiosks which were smeared with the disgusting fingerprints of the thousands who came before me. Every fixture was covered in dust, or worse. It’s clear the management doesn’t care.
Food was ok, but if I make it to the morning without giardia or a staph infection, I will count myself lucky.
