I hate going to fast food restaurants because typically the staff is grouchy and very childish. Steven proved me wrong. He was very kind and has such a sweet mannerism! Definitely friendly guy.

Army Of One God Strong

Came through the drive through and this is the worst experience ever in the history of drive through restaurant this drive through employee was a manager she literally threw our food at us cursed at us when we asked for sauce and why she then threw the sauce in our car hitting us in our face we are getting our food 🥘 was unacceptable disgusting 🤢 like they don’t care about anything shame on you Taco Bell ask for a manager she told us that she was going to call the police because we are holding her up we are the customer she is a employee with no respect for anybody

This was by far the filthiest Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping into. I knew I was in for a treat when I pulled up and I could see that the exterior windows and doors were grimy. It was clear that they had not been cleaned any time this century.

I give them props for consistency though because the interior was equally as filthy. My feet stuck to floor as I walked to the two ordering kiosks which were smeared with the disgusting fingerprints of the thousands who came before me. Every fixture was covered in dust, or worse. It’s clear the management doesn’t care.

Food was ok, but if I make it to the morning without giardia or a staph infection, I will count myself lucky.

We ordered a large diet mountain dew, received a medium. Ordered cheesy potatoes, didn't receive them. Paid for all of the above. When I called to see if I could be owed a cheesy potato side, the woman claiming to be the manager refused to give me her name- I was just attempting to be cordial and have a name to reference when picking up the potatoes the next day. When I asked her if I could have her name for the 3rd time she hung up on me. Just so rude!

Ordered a meal got a drink with no ice I asked why they said we don’t have any I said well I don’t need this drink then can I just get a extra taco or something some time went by a manager woman came up and said no so I just gave them the meal back and got a refund. This doesn’t seem like a good way to operate or treat your customers in my opinion
