Overall, the food was not good. Specifically, the “stuffing” was unrecognizable as any stuffing I'd ever seen. Dry and cold. Macaroni and cheese was dry and absent of flavor. The rest of the sides were unappetizing. Service was just adequate. Desserts were good

First experience at Abalone. Nice experience. Turkey was wonderful. Cheeses, meats and veggies were very good but needed identified individually. Skewers a nice addition. The ham needs to be on carving station with nicer slices. Will definitely return for another holiday.

Had the fruit bowl, garlic Parmesan wings w/ fries, chicken tenders w/fries. It was all amazing. wings had a light smoke taste but did not over kill the garlic Parmesan. crispy but not to hard. chicken tenders were amazing... unique taste. Gotta go to try it. food was cooked fresh, hot when delivered to table. fries served in little fry basket. seasoned just right. not soggy. The pricing I believe is very reasonable compared to other local restaurants. staff friendly and knowledge about food prepared. Highly recommend. Kris manager and Chef Steven were so kind and professional. thank you guys for such a great experience.

Our server, Andre, was wonderful! Food was fantastic!! Best we've had in Daytona. Compliments to the chef! This could be a 5 star restaurant if little changes were made. The lighting is too bright and abrasive. Dimming the lighting and removing the Hobby Lobby lanterns from the tables would be. 🙌

My husband and were celebrating our anniversary and this was the restaurant in the host hotel. We decided to give it a try and it was absolutely amazing. Izzy was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal. We had a theme that we were going with and I asked her for a drink request and she made it as close as possible, but it was absolutely terrific. Nevertheless, the food was incredible. My husband had the steak and fries and I had the salmon plate. To cap it off we actually shared an elevator ride with the executive chef who was very nice and very welcoming. We didn’t get his name, but he was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was amazing and we’re not from Florida at all so I would highly recommend anyone who’s stopping by this area to stop in this restaurant even if you’re not staying in the hotel, it was truly a good experience.

Delicious breakfast buffet complete with all the trimmings and a made to order omelette station made by a staff member Pastries, bagels, pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, cooked potatoes, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, toast, etc., true full breakfast delightful servers in a beautiful, well appointed, clean atmosphere with excellent lighting and nice views

The Brussels for our appetizer was so delicious! We wish we had all just ordered that for our main entrees. The shrimp and risotto, well the risotto was so bad it had no taste at all . Just bad. The shrimps were not fresh. My friend and I ordered the mushroom Papadelle pasta Parmesan sauce . It was ok. We asked where the roasted Poblano peppers weee. Waiter asked kitchen and was told they weee in the sauce cut up . Well we couldn't find them and they would have added more of the flavor we were looking for . Another friend ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. It was just not good. The chicken was cut up so small . There was hardly any dressing that it was so dry.

Second visit. First one was great, this one was not so much. Service was disappointing. My food was overcooked, but my wife really enjoyed hers. This place has huge potential, but if we're the only people in the place, service should be much better. Hopefully next time is better.

My uncle raved about the hotel. Being a local who lives inland 2 miles we chose here for our weekend getaway. Outside bar had fast friendly service and then we had dinner inside. I had the salmon so so good. My husband had a steak. Both happy and felt like a true getaway
