One of my husband and I’s absolute favorite places for an intimate and upscale dinner. Tonight we had Diego serve us and he did an excellent job. The wine selection is unique and diverse with very reasonable pricing. The food is always exceptional and consistent. The tomato sauce on the pasta is incredibly bright and flavorful. I still don’t know how they cook their veggies so perfectly! If you’re in the area, this is a must stop.

The food and service was fantastic. The enforcement of their dress code was a bit over the top. Downstairs can be noisy and lacks atmosphere. Overall the food is the star. Would recommend to anyone for a special occasion.
We look forward to visiting The Cellar and it never disappoints. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
We came for a date night. Definitely a special place to revisit. I just came back from Italy a few months ago and can confirm the food tastes like it does over there.
The entree's, dessert, service, and wine were all outstanding! Wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate.
Diego and the rest of the staff was most pleasant. The food was wonderful. We love the Cellar experience.
What should have been an elevated dining experience instead felt like a concept that never quite made it out of rehearsal. For a restaurant that positions itself within the higher end dining sphere, the atmosphere was noticeably tired more dated supper-club nostalgia than intentional classic charm and badly in need of fresh eyes and a refresh.
The evening took a nosedive when multiple flies began circling the table, culminating in buzz lightyear (afruit fly) taking a dive straight into half a glass of wine. The glass was replaced bc we bough a bottle however without so much as an apology or consideration to comp it, which for any establishment aspiring to fine-dining standards signals a lapse in both hospitality and awareness. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry, that alone was enough to fracture the experience.
The food, while plated with ambition, arrived curiously flat as if the seasoning had been dialed back at the last second. It lacked depth, warmth, and the confidence you expect from a kitchen aiming for refinement. Instead of crescendo, the meal drifted along without direction an underwhelming performance from start to finish.
In the end, the night felt less like a special occasion and more like a reminder that reputation alone can’t carry a restaurant. I won’t be returning.

Honestly for the reviews it HAS I'm very unimpressed... to try and be a restaurant that caters to high end dining the atmosphere was pretty bad and could use an update... The fact that there were multiple flies and buzz lightyear (fruit fly) flew into 1/2 a glass of wine that they did not even offer to comp it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who has been in the restaurant business I'm very unimpressed with them. Tbh this alone turned my experience. The food seemed like it was missing something as well salt pepper I'm not sure but it was just quite frankly an underwhelming experience over all and I will not be returning.
Absolutely one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while. We're excited to return soon and everything about the experience was top-notch. I highly highly recommend everyone visit the Cellar

This is a true hidden gem. Food and service is top notch, the wine list is unbelievable. I have eaten at top restaurants around the world and the Cellar ranks up there without the pretentiousness. World class food and wine in a surprising location.
Excellent, imaginative food with an artistic flair. Very good wine list with selections you may not see in most other restaurants. Service was excellent. Well worth the price. We had a reservation, which, I believe, was required.

Overall the experience wasn’t bad, the food was extremely mediocre and tasted almost reheated. The crab had the texture of imitation and the shrimp just had a freezer taste. But that’s not the reason for the 1 star, just based off food it’d be a 6/10. However the service was simply unprofessional. I couldn’t help but notice that customers were rated and some deemed more important than others. My money is just as green so I find that astonishing. The constant pressure to tip when I had already given almost 50% gratuity to a place that doesn’t deserve it was hilarious. I have never rated a restaurant before but can’t let more people be scammed into considering this a go to experience. And to tourists, the restaurant itself is in a more unsafe area, you’d spend your money better at Olive Garden.

Best restaurant in the Daytona area by far. I have dined here many times. Every dish is like a piece of art. Lena, the owner, is very kind. If you don’t know what to get, ask her, you won’t regret it.
