Great experience at The Daytona this weekend. First off, Krystle was excellent with helping us with our reservation. She had a fantastic attitude and was very conscious of our needs. Every hotel should have people like her. The property itself was wonderful. The attention to detail was fantastic - speeding ticket notepads, diamond plated luggage carts, race lighting in the hallways. We stayed during a "non-event" weekend. I bet this place crushes race weeks and other special events!Rooms: Rooms were well appointed. Clean and modern. Our window faced the speedway.Nearby activities: Splash pad for kids, movie theater, arcade game.Walkability: Several restaurants, shopping, things to do within the walking plaza.

This property checks all the boxes for a quality hotel. The property is upscale and is defiantly a must for a motorsports fan! The rooms are updated and have huge showers and comfortable bedding. We are both breakfast and dinner during our stay and were very impressed. The location offers an abundance of food and shopping within walking distance. If you are staying for any events at the Speedway the onsite parking and location is a plus. Will definitely return to this location.

Blue Flame Resteraunt on 2nd floor, has entertainment and full bar. The menu is suited for all to tantalize your tastebuds, must try! Make a reservation for Birthdays Anniversaries Social and Business events in their Banquet room, you won't be disappointed.

Keep a very close eye on your credit card statement for random charges. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they could not explain what it was for, and that the “system does that sometimes”. They also hit me with an additional invoice of other various charges, despite having arranged the trip via Expedia with AmEx points. Something that has never happened.The hotel itself is appropriately themed and nice enough. Unfortunately, the only decent hotel in the area. Personally, its not worth the price and continuing headaches to resolve, or get an explanation for, these still pending charges.

Awesome room, super spacious and great location for food, drinks, Daytona speedway, and not too far from beaches. Water pressure was weak so can’t leave 5 stars. Also didn’t stay on a race weekend so it was reasonable, probably some crazy prices when there’s an event going on.

The lady how worked by 8pm Wednesday was rude! 11/1/2023. I asked if I can see a room before to make a reservation, and she said no and was sold out. Upon checking the availability there was plenty of room to reserve. Don't appreciate the way she judge people. I work as a Manager at a Hotel at Daytona Beach Shores and this is not how we take care of our customers!
