Best omelette we have had in a while. Fresh and tasty! Customer service was very good! Attentive and sweet. Only thing I would recommend adding to menu is iced coffee.. But, I would definitely come back when in town!

I happened to see this article online about the best burger joints in Daytona Beach, and the Mad Batter was on that list. So my sister and I decided to drive over to this area of town. We are both glad we did. I got the The Herb Burger with gone cut fries, my sister got The Plain Jane with home cut salted chips. These burgers were just delicious (smashed burger type, 2 patties each). Her chips were excellent as well. Prices are excellent, mine $9.00, hers $7.95(?) I think. Will definitely be coming back. They also had fresh made cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

Amazing food at an affordable price. Such a cute place to take the whole family. It gives you such a cozy homey feeling. ❤️ We will definitely be regulars from now on.

We found this Gem! Great breakfast. Just like we would make at home. Exactly what we were looking to find. Excellent service and a locally owned small business. Thank you to the owners Allison and Crystal. And thank you to the guys in the kitchen, you are doing agreat job!

Chicken & waffle were nothing special but good for the price. Staff was friendly and attentive. Decor was well done amateur in design and completely on theme. Would definitely try again.

So- I dont normally do this, but I feel like I need to warn people. Number one: there is a toddler running loose in the restaurant with toys scattered about, and a chair that connects to the bar. This was not a one time thing... I watched the kid take creamers out of the drawer and put them in her mouth. I did not see these get thrown away by the time I left, close to an hour later. I was disgusted. Two: the food took over an hour to arrive- and if it was good, I would understand. But the bacon was drenched, the hashbrowns were somehow both burnt, undercooked on the bottom, and grey?? They could be picked up as one piece. Like someone just set an iron on some potatoes and decided to call it food. The people seemed nice, but I truly hope this gets fixed. Toddler slobber does not belong on food products.

This is a quaint out of the way place with amazing food. The biscuits and gravy were clearly made fresh. They tasted great, the breakfast sandwich was perfect, finally a cook that can make a proper over medium egg without burning the sides. I'd come here again.

Sad, been wanting to go in for a while. Maybe I got em on a bad day but I have no desire to try it again. Cute place. Lots of potential. Everything else... not good. Hope they can get it together.

The burger was great. The waffle JUST ok, and the sausage was burnt. And it took 45 minutes to get it to the table! Another couple ran out of time and had to pack their lunch to go! The waitress was nice about everything, but if that's standard for this place, we won't be back. I like to see small business succeed - hope they get it together!

Pretty disappointing overall... It took over 40 minutes to get a burger n fries for my better half and a waffle for me. We entered right behind two ladies and there was one couple seated. Approximately 15 minutes AFTER we ordered, two more parties arrived. Why should it take 40 minutes to get food?! The two ladies ahead of us were served sandwiches approximately 25 minutes after we all arrived (our orders were taken immediately after theirs). 10 minutes later, the burger in our order was delivered and it took another 5 minutes before my waffle came. The burger was very good, the fries were very skimpy (14 on the plate). My waffle was very obviously from a cheap mix. Very odd, gummy texture with no egg or milk flavor. My sausage was BEYOND burnt...as in totally blacked, dry, and crusty. Our server was a pleasant girl who apologized to us and the other 3 tables for the wait...several times. There was no explanation offered and, regardless, my waffle should at the very least have come at the same time as the burger. There are serious time management and multitasking issues here. The good burger doesn't make up for the otherwise poor experience.

Cool themed restaurant with a great staff. The meal was delicious but the cinnamon muffins where amazing. I had a BBQ burger that was very nice with the Cajun fries . My wife had an omelet and she enjoyed it as well. Definitely a fun place to go but a sketchy area and parking lot.
