When we arrived we were wonderfully greeted by the host. He was wonderful, and went above and beyond showing us the cars and brought our water to the table. That's where the great service ended. After we were seated we waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. We saw 2 servers working and a manager with the 6 tables that were in the restaurant at 7:30 on a Saturday. The wonderful host saw us waiting and came over and apologized. The server then came over and took our order. The food was ok. Overall, the best part of our dining experience was the host and ambiance.
Blue Flame is a fabulous place to dine if you want a 5 star restaurant. Arienne was exceptional and meticulous, professional and friendly. The dining area is beautiful. I shall return! Eusebio Cadogan
After reading several reviews of the poor service, we walked in straight to the front desk of the hotel and asked for a server. The front desk had to get a server because there was none upon arrival even though there were people already dining. We ordered burgers and a crispy fish sandwich for lunch. We asked for medium-well burgers and they were well-done, nothing special about them, average cheeseburgers. The "crispy" fish sandwich had a chunk of fish so thick you couldn't bite into it and the breading slid off as soon as we picked up the sandwich. The sandwich was soggy and dripping oil. The server did offer to remake it but we did not want to wait as the rest of the table was almost done. The ambience was the only thing that made up for it. We went for my son's birthday and it was cool to eat surrounded by race cars. The lunch menu was very limited with a large selection of drinks but this was a one and done for us. We would not come back to dine.
We booked this restaurant last year right after the race. So I thought since my last experience was incredible we should book another reservation. This time we chose to eat outside to be alone since the where people inside that were pretty loud. We had a wonderful waitress. She was literally the nicest lady. She had to deal with my food allergies and was still very calm and had suggestions. The bartender even made me 2 virgin drinks because I was allergic to the first one. Then another couple came on the patio to eat too. The patio to ourselves only lasted for a while. Most guests leave after the race so the area in general is pretty quiet. Our food was delicious. We took pictures of the cars inside. They even had a car instruction manual as the menu. And the bread is soooo good we ordered another round. I love this place. Thanks to our waitress who gave us such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
We were celebrating July birthdays and we had a lovely dinner. Because it was a Tuesday, it was not busy and so we had less noise. The wait staff were attentive, courteous and efficient. Overall we enjoyed our gathering.
We went to this restaurant on a Saturday night in July. I expected it to be busy and loud but it was quiet and subdued. The service was excellent and the food and drinks delicious. Will definitely return!
The atmosphere is OK. It's the same as the 'Daytonas' other restaurants.... since it's the bar. Ordered Nachos. BIG MISTAKE. Horrible. Fake cheese. Totally disgusting. Maybe their are other bar food is better, but it's based on this standard then I say don't bother.

We ended up at the blue flame for Mother's Day after our original plans fell through. On is pretty cool and themed tastefully in the spirit of Daytona. Food was good aside from my wife's dish being cold, which was sent back. When they brought her a new dish, it was still lukewarm at best. Service was fine.
Our server was awesome and the food was great except the pork was a little tough. We will definitely be back everyone in our party enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave! Thank you very much for a great night!
Amazing service! The food was top notch and the rates very reasonable. I had the best version of a Mai Tai that I have ever had. I think it was called a side car. Sooo good. Our server Adrienne I believe was extremely knowledgeably and even told me the origin story of the Mai Tai. I am definitely recommending as this place blew my mind and expectations and I haven't even mentioned all the car memorabilia. This place is fantastic

Super dinner! My only observation of a negative nature is that the signage wasn't clear. We had trouble finding the restaurant. We had no idea that the restaurant was INSIDE of the Daytona Hotel. I highly recommend that this be noted on the reservation site. We loved the service, the food was excellent, and it was such an attractive place!
My husband, and I did not realize that this restaurant was inside of the Daytona Hotel. We made a reservation, and realized we really didn't need to. The appearance of the restaurant was amazing. There are many things to look at car wise. The service was amazing and the food selection was very good as well. Food was a little pricey for small portions. Food took a long time to make. We'd go back again. The flavors were nice!
We had a great experience! Price is a very attentive server and took amazing care of us! We did ask to sit further away from the bar and they didn't let us but after some loud ladies left the bar and it was a very peaceful dinner! We will be back!
The wait staff had to be asked to fill water glasses or wine glasses. The waiter was sweating profusely when he came to take our order. Servers were friendly but slow and there were so many standing around. If one waiter is busy, they should help or look out for one anothers tables.
The food was fantastic. However the servers at the bar never even looked at us when we sat at the bar. Didn't even make eye contact and say 'I'll be right with you". The hostess was a bit overwhelmed because our table was not ready because people were staying too long, but she was really sweet and totally made up for it in personality! Overall we really liked it. The electronic violin was a little cheesy. I think some cool jazz or something in the back ground would be more appropriate.
