The Tiki Bar and Grill is right by the poolside at Oceanside Inn. They offer a wide variety of beverages and typical bar food (hamburger, hot dog, chicken strips and shrimp.) It's nice to sit out at the table by the pool and have a tasty snack if you want. Adds to the pleasure of being right on the ocean.

I could sip the margaritas at Beachnutts for days on end. Love love love the bartender, but didn't have the guts to tell him. I'm too much a romantic.

Very laid back, enjoyable for families and the choices where great and price was very reasonable.. will be back again for a specialty drink..

Nice.Dogs are fast 15 races.Card games.Clean,easy to get to,parking was handy and close.Betting was fast and easy.Good food.Great view of track.

good place for cold beer and snacks. Very clean and a good selection for all of us. We had a great waitress who paid special attention to my teenagers

The food was not very good and kind of expensive. Probably would go out to a restaurant before going back. Was not even open the next day when I went to the pool. I think they opened later in the day though.

Bar service friendly and great food!!! The bartender was funny and loved the French fries!!! It is right by the pool and the beach...ideal location!!!
We met friends from HS and enjoyed cocktails and Chris at this quaint little tiki bar! Love the view and we will be back!

Well, I bit the bullet and shared fish tacos with my husband, there was nothing else on the menu to be had without meat and I'm sorry, I didn't feel like a bowl of head lettuce. The fish tacos were quite good, the cole slaw was nice and crunchy with red cabbage and carrots, YUM. Great wait staff, nice atmosphere if you don't mind 60+ overweight women in bikinis............wish they had a cover up policy for the inside seating, but yes this is Daytona Beach. Our other companion had the Surf Burger, said it was quite good. Better than average bar food.

One doesn't expect to find such a great bar and gathering place inside a hotel, but this is the place to go. Plenty of room to sit with friends inside or outside the tiki bar, right by the pool. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Our bartender, Chris, was very attentive and was great at suggesting drinks when we asked. There were seven in our party and we had a great time! This was my second visit to the tiki bar. I was there a few weeks earlier with high school classmates and had the same great experience. Don't let the fact it is in an older hotel scare you away....great place to gather here in town.

I visited Beacnutts on a tip from a friend this past week. My first thought was that the location was going to be great, a tiki bar facing the beach with a public pool. Beacnutts is located in Oceanside Inn which is an older hotel with its share of problems, when I was walking in there was water pouring from a light fixture in the ceiling. Other than the hotel, the two bars (one inside in the lobby and one tiki bar) are very clean. It was rather slow when I went in, but I was amazed with how knowledgable the bartender Chris was in reference to drink recipes. He recommended a Goombay Smash to drink and talked me into the jalapeño barbecue hot wings as my entree. These were seriously the best wings I have ever had. Although it is new and located in an older hotel I would highly recommend this place to people looking to grab a great cocktail in the lounge or relax by the pool drinking an umbrella drink. I believe this is one of the only hotels that allows the public to use their pool and venture down to the beach as long as you purchase something from the bar.
