On 2/1/24 they Charged my card $29.05 for an online order I placed directly on their website. Didn't receive confirmation so I called and the man claimed they did not receive the order and then didn't have the wings I ordered and said a manager would call me to refund me NEVER received a call. Now 4 days later I've finally spoke with manager/owner but he refuses to give me my money back and claims because of new management there's nothing he can do however new management took over prior to my order on 2/1. I've also contacted BBB. Will NEVER do business with them again. Worst experience ever!

Wings and fish were AMAZING! Wish the wings were bigger but good for the price. They gave us about 7 fries per combo, most definitely not enough food and did not get full. I am a 25 year old female.. the food was delicious just wish they gave you more for the quantity.

The ONLY reason they did not get five stars..NOT WHOLE WINGS.Shark's and Shrimp Max in chiraq same price for Whole Wings,with fries&with bread slices. Not close to the mild sauce, Lemon pepper on point. Taxed! great flavor tho.

i ordered food from here tonight. spent 30 bucks through uber eats. was in the mood for soul food and this was NOT IT. im 28 and have lived in daytona my entire life and have had seafood/soulfood from a LOT of places. i ordered the tj special with 2 catfish filets and shrimp, coleslaw, and ordered my daughter a fish sandwhich. the coleslaw i was excited for but when i smelled it, it took a lot to even try it. when i did its VERY sour. too much vinegar in it. i was expecting it to be sweet... the fish was well seasoned but the breading fell right off the fish because it was so soggy not crispy at all! the shrimp was so damn dry it was either WAY overcooked or very freezer burned before cooking. the fries were ok i guess. soggy. looks like if i want soul food i should just go to the hood. wont order here again.

I ordered catfish nuggets for myself and a Co- worker at 11am when TJ's first opened up. I was excited because I knew it had to be fresh. They just opened! My food was luke warm and tasted like warmed up food from the night before! After leaving the breakroom, I went to my co-worker's office, and he said he threw his food in the trash! I told him that I was guilty of eating most of mine because I was hungry, but I won't order from this place again. I gave TJ's a call just in case they wanted to rectify the situation, but they stood on their trash, trying to blame Door Dash. I told the guy, "Y'all just opened at 11am, I had my food by 11:30. No way should the food taste like yesterday's food in that time." Smh! Management better tighten up, or they'll go out of business!
