Range is an avg. size, food is good and all servers are great w/exception of a small blonde bartender that I continuously hear complaints about, the store portion is very well stocked! I highly recommend going here as I've been here numerous times, but have caught a bit of an attitude from 2 employees and know it wasn't me because others where complaining. In the end, it's a great place to shop, eat, drink(after shooting),shoot. PS-Pricey membership imo, but also allows access to private room pictured for personal events!

Disappointing visit. I've been planning a trip to check out this store for a couple months after reading about it online. I'm sorry to say my experience was a huge let down. I'm an Army vet about to retire. I wanted to speak to the owner or a manager to get any lessons learned they might be able to share about opening an indoor range before doing so myself (in a different town on the other side of the state). After numerous calls, because 9 times out of 10 their one line goes straight to a message saying their VM hasn't been set up, I finally got in touch with someone who informed me they weren't sure if the owner would be there during my visit and the managers are usually too busy. Despite this, I place a deposit on a firearm for pickup when I arrived. When I got there the customer service was pretty horrendous. There were about 15 customers milling about the sales counter. Four people were working the counter. I waited 22:36 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I wound up not buying the gun I'd reserved because the frame to slide fit was really bad. It was failing to return to battery just from racking the slide. The sales woman tried to tell me they're all like that and the gun is dry with kind of a nasty attitude. I've shot three others of the same make and model and never experienced such poor figment. They did finally refund my deposit after throwing some more attitude my way. The one bright spot was lunch at the Double Barrel. Jax was very pleasant and helpful and the food was pretty good.
Always a good experience for the shooting range. The food at the restaurant is average quality but the service is very good. We are regular customers and will continue to return.

Cook had quit and 2 servers called in but those that were there did the best they could. Very long wait but did take off some of the drinks for the inconvenience, the Smith & Weston burger was great and fries were hot. They are probably hiring and looks like a fun place for young employees.
