We recently attempted to stay at the Aku Tiki - Best Western in Daytona Beach, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We arrived at 2 PM and were told there were no available rooms for early check-in. We waited until 4 PM, only to be informed that our room still wasn't ready. The staff had no answers and just kept saying "maybe thirty more minutes."
