Last trip only one elevator worked. They are in the middle of a overhaul. My room did not have a sink in the kitchen. An no continental breakfast.

We went in before 8 pm, no one in the place except for one person sitting at the bar. Was told to seat ourselves and no one even came over. So after 10 minutes of nothing, we got up and walked out. I understand if busy, but no one was in there. Not good service.

Lines were really long. They didn't have enough staff to handle all the people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really available. ?

The fall of a local hidden gem is upon us. What once was a fun vacation hangout spot with great food and atmosphere, is now a sad depressing shell of its former self.

Our first visit this week we visited the tiki bar where we waited 20 minutes for a server to take our drink orders. We ended up ordering the buffalo shrimp which used to be a must at this restaurant. Traditionally, it came with about a half pound of shrimp, and spiral cut fries that were always great, and of course ranch dipping sauce. Well not only were the shrimp even more expensive this year, they give you less of them and no longer come with french fries, but intead they give you the chips from Nacho Libré that taste like petrified wood. Worse though was the ranch dipping sauce. Without saying what it actually looked like (to keep this PG) it was watery and slimy.

We decided to give this place a second chance. "Perhaps the inside dining experience was better?" Oh how wrong we were.

The first red flag; this restaurant smells. All the way from the parking lot in fact. A friend of mine gagged audibly from the aparent smell of fecal matter near the front entrance and the group of us had to cover our noses with our shirts. Sadly, this didnt get much better inside of the restaurant, now with the combined barrage of numerous other unpleasant aromas one might expect in a highschool boys lockeroom after taco night.

The temperature of the interior of this restaurant is nothing short of a sauna. Combine this with the unappealing smell and it's a recipe for long and depressing night.

The waitress seemed confused as to why we were even there in the first place when we asked her where we should sit she stuttered out the word "anywhere?" As if she didn't really know either. We sat down and waited 10 minutes that none of us will ever get back. No one came to get our drink orders or gave us menues. In the meantime our party found a restaurant on google that we decided to go to instead. Thank God because it happened to be spectacular.

If you decide to come here you'll need a few things, make sure to bring a heavy wallet due to the prices, and some nose plugs for the ungodly smell.

Hamburger (~$20!)was okay but the fries, more like a curly steak fry, were the star! Service was abysmal... no refill on my water and no visit to table other than to hand menu, take order, deliver check (which I had to ask for.)
Is connected to a hotel so not great atmosphere.

It was great but the only reason I gave four stars is I’m of the opinion that even the best can improve

One year later 2024
Standards have dropped and prices increased

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Took over 45 minutes for waitress to take our order. Then we received our main meal before appetiser. Appetiser came after we’d eaten most of our main. With appetiser, We were expecting fresh shrimp. We received previously grilled, chilled shrimp. Main meal was ok but nothing spectacular. Ordered a cocktail and didn’t receive it until way after I had asked again. Then we received our bill before we asked and was planning on having another drink and dessert. Lol Service was a joke. The worst dining experience we have had during our trip to the USA.

DON’T GO THERE! Unless you want to wait hours for your drink or meals. The server was nice, but service is not good and slow(SUPER SLOW). It seems there is not management in charge. Food was okay, but it was missing the sauce of the fish. We asked for sauces for the fries and they never brought it.

$40 for a small portion of chicken tenders for 2??? And they were plain, no salt At All, dry as a Sahara dessert inside out, and for that price, they haven't even bothered to give us at least some kind of sauce. Unreasonably expensive with a poor quality of food. DEFINITELY not going to go there again.

They couldn't wait to get rid of us. Open till 10pm but they started bleaching the floors at 9:15pm. Didn't offer dessert either. But food itself was excellent.
