Don't normally eat out at places like this but circumstances called for it. Walkable from the loves truck stop across the street. Vegetarian burrito was ok. Better with the spicy sauce they give you. Iced coffee was surprisingly better than expected. Lady at the counter was very kind. Was accommodating in allowing me to charge phone behind counter. Will be back if ever in the area again and need food.
This place is absolutely amazing. I ordered Tacos al pastor, carnitas, tostones and yucca fries. All were authentic delicious and reasonably priced Tres Leches is most definitely the best in the area.
I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. We live in Saint Augustine and pass about five other Cuban restaurants to get to this one. Well worth the drive. Run, don’t walk to this place. The Cuban sandwich is out of this world. So are the yucca cheese bites, the croquettas and you better leave room for tres leches or take it to go. This place is THE BEST.
