Honestly the place is extremely dirty and was questionable for me to even place an order. The employees working were very unprofessional. One was on the phone cursing, the others were screaming at one another and pictured below is how my drink was handed to me. $10 down the drain because ew. Owner needs to get it together if they want to keep their business producing revenue. That was awful and I’d never go there again.

The first time I hard a Thai Chicken salad it was perfection. Tonight.....not so much. Over microwaved chicken that was inedible and removed from my dinner. Employees who had the discussion of how much they disliked what they did and the customers they severed....and only getting a spoon to eat my salad. I now know when to turn around and leave and never order.

i came in an hour before closing wednesday 4/10 for a takeout order and the cashier was extremely rude and refused to take our order. said she wouldn’t make any food items because she had a “busy” day and wanted to clean so they could close early. her other coworker even seemed confused on why we were being sent away. i wish i would’ve gotten her name so management could do something about her terrible customer service. after seeing other reviews this seems to be a common theme with this location. i would be more understanding if i had shown up minutes before closing time but their hours are clearly stated as 9pm and i was there at 8. very disappointed. hope management can find better staff as it’s clearly needed.

I've given this location the benefit of the doubt too many times. It is consistently the worst customer service experience. The employees ignore you or act annoyed anytime you make an order. They take forever to get food out. I'm seriously curious how it is still in business.

Customer service here is absolutely trash. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Siting in the back on their phones, not greeting customers, and cared more about saying hi to their friends than taking care of the paying people. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

Long line of people waiting, the person at the cashier also has to help preparing the food and they just talk and talk. Bunch of people waiting for their food while you just hear them talking and laughing, not even a little worried or trying to work faster. Very disrespectful. After 15 min I was able to order since they didn’t even realize they had people waiting to order, and then someone who order after me got her smoothies first, unbelievable. MORE THAN 30min of my life for just 2 smoothies. (If you go smoothie king you can do it in less than 5min) Disappointing and disrespectful.
Don’t go here lol the girl who took my order was so rude and then miss heard me and had an attitude that she had to remake it… they also gave my food to the wrong person and then handed to me after he had already opened it. Don’t waste your money..

Just ate there with my 82 year old disabled vet father and my disabled vet brother. I’m a vet too. We were accused of stealing a smoothie and cursed at, with the F word. The worker continued to curse at us then claimed she was the manager. Then she stated that we couldn’t talk to her because she was a manager. I spoke with the shift Supv and informed her that this was unacceptable. My mother passed away three days ago and this employee yelled to my father that she was glad our mom passed away. Don’t eat there ! If anyone has the owner’s phone number, please contact me
