Longboards Daytona Beachfront

Awful experience. We ordered but then were told most of the food wasn’t available. Ended up ordering salads which had overripe mangos, underripe avocados, and chicken tenders that were all breading and no chicken. Typical hotel restaurant that knows you’ll order because you’re here and will unlikely ever come back anyway.

We had an amazing experience at Longboards, the tiki bar and restaurant right outside our hotel, during our mini-moon! The food was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and the laid-back island vibe was exactly what we were hoping for.

Christian and Jack truly made the experience special. Their service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and so welcoming. They helped create such a fun, relaxed atmosphere and made us feel celebrated during a really special trip.

If you’re staying at the hotel (or nearby), Longboards is a must-visit for great food, great drinks, and even better service. Huge thanks to Christian and Jack for making our mini-moon even more memorable! 🌺🍍🍹

My friend and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a pickleball tournament. After a long day of pickleball we didn't want to drive anywhere and decided to go to Longboards since it was right there. We are so glad that we did! Tara the bartender was such a joy. She made the night fun. She made a drink for us and tweaked it to our taste. She was so pleasant and friendly. Christian was also very nice to talk to. Wonderful staff like that make the experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely go back again.

We were on a girls trip from Destin. Ended up at Longboards at Hampton Inn on the beach. Such an awesome atmosphere! The DJ Randy played just the right songs! The best part was our bartenders, Christian and Jack! Being from a tourist town myself, I know that a good bartender makes your whole night! These guys rock!

Christian the cook is amazing. I was disappointed to learn he gets no part of tips. As a former server I can only hope his coworkers tip him out today because this place was packed & I saw him stepping up and being a bat back & bussing for them!! Great time!!

Tara was a breath of fresh air, her beautiful smile and great personality made the food and atmosphere that much better. She was a ray of sunshine on the rainy day we were there. Atmosphere needs a little more island vibe around, but cool place to go.

I really enjoy this place everytime we go. It is very laid back and one of my favorite places for casual beachfront dining in Daytona Beach. Great views of the ocean! They are very accommodating with your order. Can be a little loud if live music/ DJ is there though.

Love the beach vibe at Longboards. Perfect for sunset tropical drinks. Bartender Tara creates great tropical drinks. She definitely makes you feel welcome. Food is very good.

My husband and I always stop by Longboards. The food is always delicious. The bartender Tara, is friendly, gives great suggestions and can mix a great drink. With the picture perfect ocean view. What the perfect way to end a splendid day.

Watch your credit card receipts carefully. We had a 186.38 bill for 3 tables. We tipped in cash, 50.00. Wrote on the receipt cash tip 50.00. Jen B decided our tip wasn't big enough and added 31.56 to the bill. Luckily we keep all our receipts until charges clear. This was not a mistake. Discover will handle it from here.
Very sad to go away for a weekend and have a disgruntled employee try to pad their earnings.
