Ordered a melt sandwich and asked for no onion and they ended up putting onion on it and then were confused on how to remake the sandwich without onions and during the time of them trying to figure that out the burnt the waffles we had ordered so they had to remake those also. Plus we ordered a burger and they never even made it so must have just got other things on their minds other than our meals to cook. Worst service ever

Only took 45 minutes to get a waffle and a side of bacon during biketoberfest. It wasn't like there was a line out the door. I walked right in and sat down at the counter, just like normal. A slightly busier than usual weekend shouldn't translate into almost a hour for 4 minutes worth of food, and I was NOT the only one. The guy next to me waited for 15 minutes before anyone took his order and the only reason they took it then was because he somewhat loudly said as much to us and asked how long we'd been waiting with the waitress right in front of us. She just acted like he just sat down and asked him if he was 'already ready to order?' As if 15 minutes to look at the 5 options left on the menu wasn't enough!! This place was tragic and I WON'T be back when I come back in March.

Always a good experience at Waffle House, especially early in the morning when nothing else is open. I love the Texas bacon cheese steak or the patty melt. Also like the Texas toast breakfast sandwich with they're awesome hash browns covered and smothered.

I went for 2 grand slams and got undercooked, soggy waffles and a runny egg that was supposed to be over easy. I don’t even think it had yolk in it. D -; Hostess, waitress was SUPER nice and sweet. Establishment is clean. But I went for FOOOOD. And was SEVERELY disappointed. Please bring back workers (in general) that care about work, their appearance, and customer service.

Stay away, when you order just eggs they charge you for the full order with toast and hash browns, don't want eggs still charge you for full bowl. I have been to tons of waffle houses and there was a snide b there, fat dark hair filling ice making snide comments. This one is terrible and should be avoided.

Workers are the rudest I've ever met inside any Waffle House I've been in - and I'm from Tennessee. This place wreaks of meth & child support. Don't come here. There was literal feces on the floor in the bathroom. The management seriously needs to get their act together and their employees in line. The waitress we had stuck her hand in her pants, then proceeded to serve our drinks. Corporate will be contacted for how disgusting this place was. 0/10 experience.
