We went through the drive thru and the new system is irritating to use. The lady at the window handed me 3 crumbled together bags at the same time. The buns were crunchy and the nuggets were all in the bottom of the bag. 3rd time using this location.. Won't happen again😔
Automated ordering at drive-through is awful. I won't go again. (We had to get 1/2 the order refunded due to problems with the ordering system)

If I could give a worse score I would give it, the food is very good, unfortunately the service is terrible, the treatment is poor, it seems that tourists are not welcome or they are just intolerant of foreigners.

Order 2 Dave’s singles one bacon one without, recieved 2 without bacon no problem just figured the messed up, then I looked at receipt and I was charged for bacon went and told cashier she said she can’t refund 1.40. While I was waiting guy comes in and say you for got my nuggets, guy in back says 4 or 6 count customer says 6 they box up 6 nuggets and hand them to him… no questions, I standing there with receipt can’t get my 1.40? I guess to white for this store.

Everyone there has a bad attitude especially the people handing out food at the window (night shift ) when it’s an error made it’s never an apology they just have a much worse attitude. The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to
