The automated ordering process is horrible. If this is AI - it will never succeed. However, the people side was really not all that great either - I saw more than more car ahead of me leave the drive thru without getting their food - it was that slow. I was always a fan of Wendys but something has gone way wrong.

The food is Wendys food. One of the fries were cold and the other had so much salt on it. The drive through took about 20 mins. Why did I wait that long? I was tired and committed at that point. There was no hurry. The guy inside was nice.

I placed my order through the mobile app for a biggle bag double hamburger with no cheese and only ketchup and pickles. I am hyper allergic to cheese. Went through drive through to pick it up and was asked to pull forward. That usually means 1 or more parts of order isnt ready yet, therefor it was reasonable to expect hot fresh food. After 20 mins of waiting, and the 1 vehicle that went through drive through after got their order right away, the lady brought out my order. Burger was wrong, had cheese on it and food barely at a luke warm temperature. I took the burger in and told the girl how I ordered it and expressed the fact that id already waited far too long. No apologies, she took the wrong burger over to the girl making the burgers and I hear that girl say did she order with no cheese? And she proceeded to take her time making a new one. I guess they aleeady upset me, why upset other customers too, huh? There were a lot of employees. Getting the burger wrong is pretty consistent at this Wendys, but they typically act like they care a little bit. Today...they do not and werent trying to hide it. Message received loud and clear...we will go elsewhere.

I placed a simple mobile app order just getting a biggie bag double stack sandwich and was waiting 20 minutes for my order with cars behind me getting their food before me and it wasn’t busy at all. When I finally got my order the sandwich was cold and wrong with cheese and I am allergic to cheese. This experience was horrible and this happens consistently at this Wendy. They didn’t compensate me at all when I went in to ask them to fix it and was very rude about it all.

Horrible service stood at the counter for 15 minutes they looked at me several times never said a word and ignored the existence of me being there they want people to go to the kiosk but how do you do that when there's no cash accepted avoid the place like the plague

Check and make sure your order is right but for the most part no issues with the exception of my last two orders not being quite correct but I called the 1-800 number and they refunded me or rather comped me for what was incorrect so no complaints, could be a little less stingy with the caramel for the caramel frosties I added extra I was like geez if this is extra then there must have been nothing to start with lol

Just stopped at this location to grab a quick bite because I'm in a hurry and the total was $3.20 I handed her $4 she gave me back $0.40 wouldn't give me a receipt told me to have a nice day so I guess it's okay for you to just rip people off refuse to give them a receipt I guess these cashiers are pocketing the difference shame on you Wendy's You're robbing people blind

I ordered a chicken nugget meal with barbecue and signature sauce, and as soon as I got to the window they told me to pull forward. I waited for 5 minutes with a drink without a straw. When they brought my food out, I saw there was no straw in the bag, one of my sauces was not included, no napkins, no receipt. Very disappointed. I understand I can just go in and grab the items that were missing, but that is not the point. You go through the drive-thru so you don't have to do that!
