Food is consistent and tasty. Service is always good. We go to Wild Ginger at least once a month. If you haven’t been, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

The Atmosphere was great and our server was super attentive. I think the entire time we were there the drinks barely got below half. The food is where it could have been better. I got the tonkatsu ramen while my husband got one of the sushi rolls. The ramen broth wasn't super flavorful and the bamboo shoots in it tasted off. My husband's sushi roll was alright. We had high hopes for this place but maybe they were just having a bad night

I've been here a couple times but it's been awhile so I wanted to go cuz I didn't remember if I really liked it or not. I came in and there were a few four tops(booth and tables) and some two tops that were open. There were five of us and we were told to wait which we didn't have an issue with. And then a two came in which they sat at a four top. Then 3 came in and sat. We could figure out why they didn't put two tables together and sit us. We left because we are really hungry. I went up to the hostess to let her know that we were going somewhere else because we didn't understand why they couldn't put two tables together for us. She mumbled something with some attitude and And very dismissive. we left.
The manager was very rude. Very poor customer service and there was hair in my food. When brung to the manager attention she was rude

I recently ordered from Wild Ginger and had an awful experience. I found a very long piece of hair in my food, which was absolutely disgusting (photo attached so you can see for yourself).
When I went to the store to address the issue, the manager, Beverly, didn’t even bother to come out and apologize. Instead, she just told her employee to give me a refund and sent me on my way—no apology, no explanation, nothing. Extremely unprofessional.
To top it off, the food looked dry and unappetizing from the start. I definitely do not recommend coming here. Save your time and money.
