I’m from Orlando but I’m here visiting Daytona for a friend. I’m a wingstop lover, so I’ve been to many, but this one has to be one of the best. first off the restaurant is very clean and well put together, the staff are very nice and listens to your request. today I tried the voodoo fries for the first time and requested the hot honey rub seasoning for an extra kick. omg these fries did not disappoint! they are rich and creamy and flavorful. cooked perfectly and has a balance of all the toppings. 10/10!! I want to shine some light onto the staff tho. the front of the house and back of the house. yall are awesome. they informed me about the survey and everything. I love my ranch and they did not disappoint with that! Awesome team. I really appreciate the small things so I want to heavily emphasize how this team really executed everything. whenever I’m in town, this wingstop will definitely be my go to! thanks guys!

Antavia is amazing at her job Angelo runs his store well Latavia is excellent at what she does as well and complements to the cooks always making the best food despite people who don’t understand the food industry i appreciate this good positive wingstop

Put in a to go order on the website. Arrived ten minutes later. Waited in the front for twenty minutes, while I watched all but one employee continue to get the orders done that were waiting. Which were about 6 orders. We were all there waiting-watching the employees and manager on their phones and socializing. The person at the register didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and didn’t even give the right size drink cups. The wing count was also off because I made sure to check since everything else was off! We pay money to have good service and that’s just not what we got. Do better maybe!? Someone is always watching. Or maybe the managers and employees just don’t care. Will be finding a new wing place because this is not the first time we have had an issue here. Also-maybe make sure the employees aren’t reeking of MJ either while they’re working….just a heads up! 👀

Marilyn provided great customer service. She greeted me with a smile and as very pleasant. I will definitely share my great experience with others. The food was so delicious!

If I could give the service a zero I would. The food is always great but EVERY time I get wingstop it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get my food. Tonight has been the worst. I ordered my food online at 11:22PM and got a confirmation that it would be done in 13-18 mins. I send my husband to get it since I’m not feeling well due to being starving and pregnant. It has been over an hour now and they didn’t even start my food by the time he got there (more than 20 minutes later) and he has told me multiple times workers are talking and on their phones with nobody working on our order. I am just extremely upset by this because after waiting for over an HOUR with few customers in the store it is ridiculous. It should never take this long and workers should never be this inattentive when orders need to be fulfilled. I’m just baffled.

It’s my first time here. Marilyn was who helped me with my order. She was so special took care of me. I can’t eat spicy but my family loves it. I do recommend Wingstop

Every single time I have unfortunately come into this store whether it was for a DoorDash order or picking up for a friend. I’ve been treated with nothing but disrespect and terrible attitudes from each team member. I don’t know if they just absolutely hate their job or If they’re getting treated properly and I’m genuinely praying it’s not a racial thing because every time I step in there I’m treated with absolute utmost disrespect and dirty looks. Mind you I do nothing but walk into the door, smile and tell them the order I’m picking up. So you can see how I’m confused that I keep getting treated like this every single time. The management at this store clearly doesn’t teach their employees how to treat customers. Overall, very disappointing because I’ve always wanted to try Wingstop but unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable enough even stepping foot into the store because i’m met with dirty looks EVERY. SINGLE. TIME😞

What went wrong?
This used to be one of my favorite spots to pick up DoorDash orders as a Dasher. Unfortunately, something has changed. Now, every pickup takes at least 10 minutes. I have stopped picking orders from this location not worth the time. They don’t respect our effort and time. We are partners treat us as such!!!!!!!

Foods good but you better check your order. We ordered pickup and they forgot our brownie as well as blue cheese. Didn’t realize till we got home.

Terrible wings. Ordered uber eats and tasted like plastic. Def freezer burned. Horrible wings and flavor. Corn was okay. Wings were terrible, hopefully wont get sick.

Wings were cold and hard as well as the fries. I definitely understand why it's a 3 star restaurant. I will not be back to this location.

Store was clean, staff was kind and took my order quickly and even repeated it back to me. Antavia helped me with my order and helped me remember the name of the seasoning i wanted. Her service was 10/10. 100% would recommend!!
