Pretty great! The food and coffee was phenomenal and made fresh, it shows vibrantly in the taste. It's all very fairly priced, if not worth more than the price.

Service is not very good, they do greet you when you come in but they all seem very joyless and tired. Barista/cashier did forget my coffee initially when my table got their drinks but I wasn't upset about it and let her know.

I just had the most amazing food and customer service. From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. And the food? It quite literally speaks for itself. 10/10 recommend. Make sure you ask for Mark and he will take care of you like family. EVERYONE YOU HAVE TO TRY ZUGBA!
