I want to give a big shoutout to Belinda at this Burger King location. She takes my order in the mornings and already knows exactly what I want every time. She’s always so kind, friendly, and welcoming, and it truly makes my mornings better. It’s really nice to start the day with such great customer service. Because of her, I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Belinda, for always being awesome!

We eat at Burger King everywhere, we've had an Amazing experience with this location, we ordered 3 impossible burgers, usually everywhere else, they get burnt. Not here, Ms. Gina did a great job perfecting those patties.
Ilalee the general manager, was taking care of multiple customers when we arrived, she got our order super fast. Thank you to everyone who works here. Great customer experience.

I went through the drive thru. I was told to wait and that I would be helped in a moment. By the way that moment turned into 5 minutes. I placed my order and paid at the first window. I was told to wait at the pay window and I would be told when to go the first window to pick up my food. It was 20 minutes later before I got my food. So much for fast food service and I was the first person in the drive thru que. I saw 5 cars pull around me who no doubt got tired of waiting. Can someone tell me why they make you wait at the pay window until your food is ready? The food was bad. The fries were cold and the burgers were soggy and salty. Burger King has fallen off. The level of customer service is not what it use to be and the food is horrible. It ia definitely a hit or miss situation when you go this location. I have become so frustrated because I have frequently gotten food from this location and tonight I reached a high level of frustration being charged for garbage food and poor customer service. Avoid this resturant if you can and go to another Burger King location.

I don’t know if the manager hates her life and takes it out on customers, but the service she provides is absolutely terrible. From the very beginning, her attitude was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional.

We are African American, and before we even started speaking, she looked us up and down in a very uncomfortable and disrespectful way. It immediately felt like we were being judged. That alone set the tone for the entire interaction.

There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Between the attitude, the lack of respect, and the overall negative energy, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had.

We will not be coming back.
Completely unacceptable.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward my wife. The issue started simply because my wife tried to use a valid coupon we had. Instead of helping or explaining things politely, the manager spoke to her in a very rude tone and with a bad attitude.

The food was just as bad:
• The fries were undercooked and raw
• The food tasted bad overall
• We found a hair in the fries, which is absolutely unacceptable

There was no apology and no attempt to fix the situation, just attitude and disrespect.
If this is how customers are treated for trying to use a coupon, I can’t imagine how other issues are handled.

We will never come back.
Do not recommend at all.

I don’t know who I spoke to or her name, but it was around 10 PM on 08/19/24 when I was sent through the drive through. She didn’t acknowledge me for about a minute or so when I was waiting patiently, so when she didn’t respond I asked if anyone was there. She responded with an attitude and told me to wait. She then made me wait around 2 minutes and when I was ready to drive off to another fast food restaurant she asked what my order would be, but with an attitude. I gave her my order and asked for no ice on my coke. Because of her rudeness I asked if she had gotten my last request of no ice and she completely ignored me. It’s as if I was bothering her. So I kindly asked one more time if she had gotten my last request and she once again ignored me and then asked, “is there anything else?” I then said, “Yes, did you get my last request? She once again ignored me and just gave me my total and to drive to the front. This poor excuse of a human being was not only rude, but obnoxious. Because I was ready to tell her off, my wife told me to just leave as this incompetent and rude individual didn’t deserve to be neither acknowledged or dealt with. But I’m not only leaving a bad review, but I will also contact corporate by tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

The location would benefit from landscaping improvements to increase its appeal to travelers. Additionally, it is disappointing that the franchise owner has not prioritized maintaining this prime site adjacent to Interstate 4 at the Deltona/DeBary exit or allocated sufficient staff, as the current staffing of only three employees contributes to delays in delivering exceptional customer service.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've been to the service is terrible and they can't even get the food right after they make you wait in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and then they'd make you wait at the back where you pay and about 2 minutes before they give you the food they tell you to pull forward to the food window. This place is a hot mess, never again...

I saw a review that said they told them to wait at the first window then 5 minutes later asked them to pull forward they also just did that to me but other then that I just got the SpongeBob meal it was so good the meat tasted like real beef only other thing is they didn’t have my pineapple drink but the meal was amazing so that makes up for them not being able to run a store with only one car in line

If I could leave a 0 star review I would do that. Came to this location at 11:25 when they close at 12 to sit at the speaker for 10 mins with no interaction and then we were told they can’t sell anything anymore that they ran out of meat. When we questioned why they had us sit there for 10 mins before they told us they said they were trying to get through their orders (there was 1 car ahead of us) and that they close in 10 mins anyway. Apparently they close at 11:45 and not 12? Anyway, they were super rude. And I know to go somewhere else next time.

I I went in for a milkshake there was no Whipped cream and it was slightly above halfway when it was handed to me…..I asked if that how it’s supposed to come and the person said yup and walked away….

For one the large blonde oger looking lady is rude as hell there is an attitude with every word that comes out of her mouth shes extremely rude go the elderly and personaly if I was her manager I would fire her instantly and Whats crazy I think she is the manager
