I used a coupon for chicken tenders they werent even that good but what really pissed me off is I went ahead and order a desert with a brownie in it the brownie was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Such a rip off for $6 it must have been super old I'm really disappointed this store is so cheap they don't even fill the desert all the way up with ice-cream. Even with coupons I won't be going back. I hope debary gets more fast food options soon so this store can get put out of business.

I had ordered and paid for Extra toppings on my banana split and got about a half a teaspoon of toppings total, the gravy with my chicken strip basket was uneatable it was so thin and runny it looked like milky water, when returned was told that's how gravy is.. The bread was soaked with greasy butter and salt all over the chicken. I've always loved DQs chicken strips and gravy but won't be getting it at this location.

Ordere 2 blizzards. Worker asked if I needed a lid (while still waiting for the blizzard to be made). I said yes. He then grabs a lid and starts playing with it, rubbing both sides of it with his fingers. The blizzard was set on the counter and before I could stop him he puta the dirty lid on my blizzard. I called him out on it, and after staring blankly for a moment, he removes the dirty lid (which was in direct contact with the ice cream, and slapped a new one on without even at least scraping away the dirtied top layer of ice cream. Disgusting.

Service is excellent and fast… food is very good and warm.
The employees were great, and the place was very clean. The online ordering was not working again, and the lady right behind me was was having the same problem, again. The prices are not reasonable. The burger was very good, and was just barely worth the cost, until I found that you have to pay $.59 extra for one slice of tomato, and the same if you want lettuce. Onion is free. I didn't look at the rest of the condiments that all cost extra. The prices for malts are stacked as well. The regular fries was not very big for $3.00, and the onion rings cost $3.50 for about 6 medium sized rings. Decent food, nice people, but way too expensive and with hidden prices.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Waited 20min at drive thru, went inside only to experience the same thing!! NEW OWNERS & STAFF that are inexperienced. If I could give "0" I sure would!! If You have an hour to wait to get your ice cream, then go for it. I'll only go to Sanford or support Jeremiah's where the customers are APPRECIATED with Excellent Service & shorter wait!!!
