Ordered chicken tenders. No dipping sauce. 30 seconds later I decided I needed some sauce because the tenders were old and needed some flavor. I was told I now had to pay extra for the sauce because I didn't include it with the order. I think management needs some training on common sense

I went to DQ to get a Medium Blizzard. I originally ordered a vanilla blizzard with chocolate chunks, brownies and cherry sundae sauce. When I got to the window they made the blizzard with cherry hard dip (not what I asked for) and then told me they didn’t have “cherry sundae sauce”. I switched out the blizzard for a chocolate extreme blizzard instead, but was charged multiple extra fees for “toppings” because of the original blizzard request. Instead of changing the regular medium blizzard price of $5.49, I was charged for a “customized blizzard” which was $8. One of the coworkers tried to correct the employee that rang up my order, and instead of fixing it she shrugged her shoulders with no care while the other employees ran and hid behind a wall. Since when did DQ charge extra for toppings that weren't even received? If normal blizzards have 3 toppings in their ingredients why is a customized blizzard of 3 toppings $8? Just replace the ingredients and stop ripping off loyal customers. To emphasize, this “customized” blizzard was never received yet I still got charged for it. Horrible training and horrible attitudes.
On top of that, a male and female employee decided to hold up the line to “talk” with their friend who was getting in and out the car in the drive thru. The drive thru is there for convenience and not to sit while employees have personal catch ups. It’s incredibly unprofessional.

The staff here has attitude problems even though it’s their fault. They barely put any toppings on my blizzard and they gave me the wrong size. I’d avoid this place.

Unfortunately the demeanor and disrespectful tone of the staff is enough to not want to come back. Ordered the Cheesecake Blizzard and 2 M&M blizzards. Just plain chocolate soft serve ice cream in every cup. Not one crumb or trace of any of the things that make the blizzards what they're named after.
