The staff here has attitude problems even though it’s their fault. They barely put any toppings on my blizzard and they gave me the wrong size. I’d avoid this place.

Unfortunately the demeanor and disrespectful tone of the staff is enough to not want to come back. Ordered the Cheesecake Blizzard and 2 M&M blizzards. Just plain chocolate soft serve ice cream in every cup. Not one crumb or trace of any of the things that make the blizzards what they're named after.

First time I visit this place and we went through the DT and after I got home we realized 1/2 of our order was missing. Called and their line is so bad that I can understand a thing of what they said until they finally said “call back any other day”… Our last time in this place

will never ever go to this location again. Taylor the manager is clueless and so are all their staff. a bunch of young people in there that have no clue what they are doing. young girl with brown hair at the drive through so incompetent and rude. Whoever was working the drive through on 8/17/25 around 830pm needs to be fired, she lied about being the manager when asked, she rolled her eyes, had such a bad tone and attitude, like who does that when working and dealing with customers, it's crazy!! My family goes to Dairy Queen multiple times a month and this was first at this debary location. it's such a shame these kids now a days have no clue as to proper customer service. Dairy Queen should really be addressing this as they will continue to lose loyal and paying customers. I see this location has many many bad reviews especially about bad service and the reply comment from Dairy Queen keeps saying they will be handling with the team member yet there continues to be so many negative reviews about it, best thing is just to avoid this location by all means, believe me with their staff you are going to have a bad experience, those workers don't care and do not know the meaning of doing the job correctly

Terrible experience. Don't expect decent service or quality food/deserts. The banana split I ordered was half the size of the picture on the order chart and the server hardly put any toppings on it. Fast moving line in the drive through but disappointing food portions and poor quality food preparation.

Very Harsh environment! The students of the local schools were great! The owners were very Harsh! They need to be investigated by the child labor board. Administration is very Harsh and absent at times. The food was sub par! The ice-cream was good. My son was fired and or let go without notification! Harsh is a joke! Support another local establishment in Debary!

This location sucks, avoid at all cost. Twice in the same day they messed up an order. First time was an order for my kid. They ordered delivery and it was missing half the order. When she called they were rude and told her she could come get it. She couldn't until an hour later so since she had to go pick it up, I put in a pick up order. My sandwich was cold and wrong and some items were missing like fries. The fries I did get for the other meal were cold as well as the onion rings. We live nearby and they're should be no reason things were that cold. It wasn't just cooled, it was like stale cold. A total of 60 dollars and the food sucked, was missing, or cold. Go elsewhere! Looking at their reviews now, dating back months... Perfect reasons to read reviews before spending your money.

Overall, as a general and first-time experience, the establishment was great. The food was quickly prepared, and ordering was a breeze. I'll admit the time of day I went most definitely impacted my preferred eating atmosphere. Which for me personally did bring down the rating. However, as a place to bring your family, it is perfect for the hot Florida days and to escape some heat and enjoy some great food.

Ordered online they made me come inside to pick up the order fine no problem then get home and its the wrong order called them back to make them aware of the issue and was asked what do you want us to to about it? Really pay better attention so you dont make wrong order errors I was a frequent customer but not anymore this was my last visit.
