At one boy, I would frequently Dunkin’ Donuts 2 to 3 times a day. Since the manager left about six months ago, the place has rapidly gone downhill. The girl who is in the window that takes your order is usually annoyed that you’re there. Never has half of the food items in stock and refuses to say hello or have any manners when taking your order. Just say hi or hello something. Is it that hard to function? I’m sure she probably hates her job, but she makes the customers hate coming to that store because you’re constantly feeling like you’re an inconvenience coming to purchase a product from a local staple that we have all loved and supported over the last several years. Unfortunately, today I will not be returning back to the store, unless she’s no longer working there, and they get their act together here. The food has been coming out incorrectly. They have common food items, out of stock conveniently, and the coffee is just not as good as it once was. Two ladies who have been there for awhile are amazing but I hardly see them anymore.

The FT employee’s here are extremely rude for the most part. They shouldn’t be employed in customer service. Just terrible. There is a long drive thru line there every morning because people just want their coffee. They could not survive otherwise on customer service. Beyond that, my experience is that they throw together your order and it comes as is. Not exactly what the menu states. I highly recommend going the extra mile to the Dunkin in Orange City, where the employee’s are happy and friendly. The experience there is 💯 better.

Lady in the Drive-Thru this morning was very rude. So much so I purchased nothing!
Kiosk to order doesn't give cash payment option, donut assortment wasn't much and their prices have gotten to be quite high at an average of almost $2 per donut. They're great donuts no complaints there just too pricey for me.

I asked for 10 donut holes in a box they threw them in a bag ask for a sprinkled donut got a chocolate covered one all the employees where absolutely rude all of the dunkins Ive been to every employee has been nasty and mean

Rushed us out the door. Got half the order wrong. Never coming back to any Dunkin ever. You guys get paid to perform a service but do it poorly and gave us a hard time in the store. Unprofessional establishment.

Poor service at the drive-thru. The staff rush customers by interrupting after each item with, “OK, is that it?” It would be much more helpful if they simply waited until I finished ordering. Also, the excessive use of “hunny” (five times in one interaction) doesn’t compensate for the rudeness of being hurried through my order.

This is another fast food establishment that if you don’t tip they will short your order or mean mug you. You have to leave a tip before you even see what the service is like! Corporations are making a lot of money by not paying their employees and passing the responsibility on the buyer. This business model will fail…

This Dunkin donuts has gone down hill!!! They never have anything anymore. Donuts, flavorings for coffee, sandwiches...etc. The cold coffee ALWAYS tastes old and sour. I'm constantly reasking them to make it. I really love Dunkin donuts and particularly this location but the past month or two has been so bad that I don't want to return. I've asked the to speak to someone higher up then the manager on duty and they refuse to give me another number. They say they can't give out the owners number. Not sure why an owner wouldn't want their number released to costumers with concerns raises questions within itself. I also asked the manager to taste the coffee he was serving to costumers and he refused! (I'm not asking him to taste it from my cup btw but from the machine he is getting the sour tasting coffee from). The fact your manager won't even taste the coffee to understand the problem and address it in the future shows he shouldn't be a manger. What happened to other manger???? Bring her back!!!!! If u like sour coffee and any donut they have left then this is the location for you. I'll be finding another Dunkin to visit.

Went to this location and used the mandatory kiosk and paid for my order with 2 gift cards. Waiting a few minutes for my order that never came. The cashier said my order didn't go through and I needed to reorder and repay. By the time this happened I already threw the used gift cards in the trash. The cashier got the manager, who looked dumbfounded and said I would be refunded in 24hrs, problem was the used gift cards were in the trash. Rather than deal with the dumbfounded manager or go trash picking for the used gift cards, I gave up and left. I also remembered why I have a strong dislike for Dunkin Doughnuts and there trash customer service. I'll stick with S-Bucks.

I stood in front of the ordering counter for 1 minute, 26 seconds, while three crew members were behind it. A male crew member was explaining something to a female crew member regarding the register, and the third was just folding boxes and chatting. After waiting, I was still willing to spend money there, and moved over to the self checkout kiosk.
A white woman entered the store at that moment, and the male crew member greeted her immediately while still talking to the other crew member.
I will not return.

new management has ruined dunkin. girl with glasses on the drive thru window has a bad attitude and they make simple coffees beyond wrong. bring okd management back asap pls!!

Store has gone downhill without Crystal.
I will never be back. November 24th Sunday at 3:45pm we went through the drive through. The lady called my husband sweetheart 2 times and honey 3 times, she was trying to flirt and sounded like she was talking to a baby. Very inappropriate and made me so angry. You need to tell your workers not to call CUSTOMERS pet baby names!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!! She should be fired immediately. Plus the coffee SUCKED. Again, we will never be back!!!
