I’ve been many times and they do mess up etc but this time I got my iced matcha with powder still floating around and I’m sure the mgr used regular milk not almond like I ordered on the app. And of course I notice it when I get to campus so now I will be pooping my pants during my 3 hour Saturday 7am class if I drink it. Yay. Thank you so much. lol

My first ever bad review gets to go to this Dunkin for being awful. Our family has gone to this place for years and within the past three weeks we have had three different encounters of rude staff and completely incorrect orders. Most recently a drive thru female employee (Crystal was the name on our receipt but I was unable to read her actual name plate) took our order. We ordered four drinks. After each ordered drink “Crystal” cut us off to ask if there was anything else in a completely rude tone. Then when my mom asked if the first ordered had caramel in it because she forgot if she asked for it “Crystal” cut her off and said “Is there anything else”. So completely ignoring what my mom said. So then I had to say did you add it in to “Crystal” in a more assertive tone, then she changed her tone real quick to say yes ma’am. Then we go to the window and every single drink is wrong. Each one. I’ve worked in the fast food industry my whole adolescent’s life and I get there are stressful days. But the way this woman spoke to my mother was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. And this was only the most recent event. We also encountered the exact same problem weeks ago with a male employee. This Dunkin has never had staff like this so management should address these problems.

The bacon egg and cheese Croissants is the only somewhat decent food Dunkin offers and the croissant is never consistent . It's completely dry , stale and falls apart by the touch. I just don't understand. Also anything with cheese is almost never melted.

The only complaint I have is that they have not changed the menu prices they're the old prices but I think they did that on purpose but everything is up at least a dollar so they need to update the menu prices.. it's basically false advertising. I still love Dunkin' Donuts but please update your

The drive thru was so backed up, and when I did get to the window, no good morning or Thank you. When I did get to the office my it was not my coffee, but someone else's. Something I didn't order. So I spent $3.50 plus tip and didn't get to drink my coffee.

I’m not sure why they have so many negative reviews because this is the best DD location I’ve ever been too. Crystal and her team are the best. The line can be very long and they are still very fast. If I have ever had quality issues with drink or food items, they have remade them with no questions asked and with a smile on their face. It may be a chain, but they make you feel like family. Most of the time, they know my order just by hearing my voice at the drive through speaker. Thanks for always greeting your customers every morning with a smile.
