Weekday late lunch for 3 adults at the small restaurant in a retail strip along N. Beall Blvd. in DeBary. Typical U.S. Mexican dining space decor. Waitress was very friendly & attentive. Mostly standard Mexi-American fare, but cooked-to-order with good quality ingredients in satisfying quantities. We would return.

La Catrina Tapatía always has my heart 💛 I had the beef chimichanga and it was perfection — crispy on the outside, packed with juicy seasoned beef, and covered in the dreamiest white cheese sauce 😍🌮✨ The rice was fluffy, the beans so creamy with a sprinkle of queso fresco, and the fresh pico + lettuce gave it the perfect balance 🌱🍅
It’s comfort food with so much love in every bite. This place never misses!!! I always leave happy, full, and excited to come back 💃🏼🌸
