The sub was made with very very small portions meat what’s chopped small and thinned out in sub with 3 thin slices green peppers and onions on a foot long bun full size. bun was completely closed

I ordered a double protein bowl with all the lettuce and ALL the other veggies. I got a layer of lettuce cheese and meat!

This Subway used to be good when the two older sweet ladies worked there. Now, not so much. Tonight, they got our order wrong even though we ordered it online with everything in writing through their app. The guy who answered the phone said, in order to make it right, I’d have to come back to the restaurant. I had asked for a free sandwich next time we order from them. I live a long way from that subway and I’m not driving back because of their mistake. They need to work out a way to fix mistakes that shows more respect to the customers. If they’re advanced enough to have an app, they should be advanced enough to have a system that helps customers when the restaurant messed up the order without the customer having to come all the way back to the store. We will be going to the one on Saxon from now on, if we even decide to keep being SUBWAY® customers.

Maureen runs a tight ship here! This Subway is a Gem in our local community! The staff are all very professional, polite, friendly, helpful, fast, and provide excellent customer service! You are greeted as you enter! You are treated with respect! You feel valued as a patron! This entire team deserves recognition and praise! Order ahead, use the in-store Kiosks, or go to the counter...either way, you will be glad you did! Come to the DeBary Subway for a fast, nutritious, and enjoyable meal!

Real CUSTOMERS come inside. They have 3 kiosk for self order with a 20% discount so they can work on call-in orders while Real CUSTOMERS are in a line to give their order. Quit pandering to the lazy people and take care of your Real CUSTOMERS inside or have another worker behind the counter.

Went to this location and let me tell you about the rudeness and nastiness in the store, and in top of that I found a hair in my tuna fish sandwich… so dissatisfied, beth was extremely rude and disregarded my whole experience……one of the other employees actually told me to go somewhere else, I did not catch his name but he was a white man with blonde hair… I tried calling corporate all week last week and can’t get a hold of anyone so I’m posting it here…. Very dirty store and rude employee. I won’t ever go to this location again and if you don’t want to get sick I suggest you stay away from here…….. I tried to take a picture of a big cockroach on the corner of the store behind the register and Beth started blocking me instead of apologizing, sad situation god bless

Food was wrong was told they needed me to bring the original food back and bring a receipt along with it I picked this food up for work and was already an hour out and had picture of it. The next day I went in with the picture and let them know it was wrong I bought food again to try and give another chance the women working the counter gave me a hard time and made the order incorrectly again. She caught that she made the mistake this time on her own but then said it’s cause I said sriracha that she put sriracha on it. Maybe it’s just the lunch staff that has these issues since I only gone at lunch.

Dude with the glasses has a serious attitude problem. I wouldn’t want him at the face of my business. This place isn’t inviting at all. Just skip it and go to another one. There’s plenty around

Yesterday, I ordered two subs at this location. I
used Door Dash (I've never had any complaints). I get the 6" Subway 20 Elite instead of the footlong. When I call the store knowing it's a Subway error, they notify me that they can't help me in any way, and that I should contact Door Dash. For me it's incorrect because I work for Uber Eats and sometimes there are notes where they specify that the dasher must verify the order due to errors made by the restaurant. It's a bummer for me since Subway is one of my favorite places to get a healthy lunch or dinner.

Unless you like vegan sandwiches, I'd go else where. Ultimate bmt maybe had 2oz meat. I couldn't taste meat or cheese, it was more or less a salad in a sub roll smothered in way too much mayo and mustard. Even put less on both.
