Subway has always had good subs. It’s nice to go to a diner that you can dine in or take it home. I like to take it home subway has always been a favorite place to go and I recommend it highly.

I went there last night and the little girl was so sweet my sub was perfect. I have an autistic son and he’s a picky eater and she made sure the sub was perfect with him making sure it was up to his standards, she was really sweet, understanding and patient with him. Great customer service 100/10 recommend her khloe or cloe sorry I don’t know how it’s spelled.

Never coming here again ,don’t waist time coming here for in the store order they only have bread for online orders that’s what I been told by the 2 employees when I asked about the bread that was in there she said is to hot she can’t serve it 🤷‍♂️

Do not order at the kiosks. People ordering at the counter get priority and they'll get their subs way faster. They've taken 2 orders at the counter while I've been waiting 20 minutes for two six inch subs.

Love the sandwiches and the cookies are mouthwateringly delicious. I just wish they could take a deep breath and read all of the details when you place orders through their app. Within the past year, we tend to order Subway at least once every three weeks and out of all of those times…being generous with my estimate, they have gotten our order wrong six times. Two of the six times we actually drove back to the store and told them they put the wrong ingredients on the wrong subs. And both times we were treated like we were being criminals or scammers of some sort. They never offer an apology. They never take ownership for their Actions. Instead, they will pick through your sandwich and inspect it as if they think they’re going to prove a point. Sure wish a new manager would take over.

Restaurant is always clean, but the lettuce always looks bad like it’s been sitting out for a day before serving it. I also feel like cheese should be considered a topping. I have allergies and usually get double meat to make up for the lack of toppings I can have, but to charge someone almost $11 for a half filled thing of flatbread is wild. Then, rudely say “I have to charge you extra for the cheese” “I don’t make the rules” in a condescending manner is also rude.
Especially when she sprinkled a very little amount of cheese on to begin with! The weird part about all of it is I always order the same sandwich everytime and the price is constantly changing to. Just seems like another way for subway to participate in price gauging and being sneaky about how they charge you in general. Check your receipt for sure!

If that’s the case subway should go ahead and charge for ALL toppings “extra” not just cheese. I use to love coming here, but will happily visit a different location as some of the employees seem irritated and annoyed by you asking for extra anything to begin with. It feels very rushed when you order to.

So tired of this Subway! Orders are typically incorrect or missing items and rude employees are just an added bonus. Don't bother calling the store as they can't be bothered to answer! There had to be better options!

The sub was made with very very small portions meat what’s chopped small and thinned out in sub with 3 thin slices green peppers and onions on a foot long bun full size. bun was completely closed

I ordered a double protein bowl with all the lettuce and ALL the other veggies. I got a layer of lettuce cheese and meat!

This Subway used to be good when the two older sweet ladies worked there. Now, not so much. Tonight, they got our order wrong even though we ordered it online with everything in writing through their app. The guy who answered the phone said, in order to make it right, I’d have to come back to the restaurant. I had asked for a free sandwich next time we order from them. I live a long way from that subway and I’m not driving back because of their mistake. They need to work out a way to fix mistakes that shows more respect to the customers. If they’re advanced enough to have an app, they should be advanced enough to have a system that helps customers when the restaurant messed up the order without the customer having to come all the way back to the store. We will be going to the one on Saxon from now on, if we even decide to keep being SUBWAY® customers.
