I wanted to surprise my husband with 2 of his fav dishes, paella and flan. It was an intimate celebration at home and this company provided an excellent delivery service and the food was superb. A Touch of Spain hosted a 70th birthday party for my husband. Gianni was an incredible chef. The paella was absolutely delicious, the roasted vegetables and flan were beautiful, and the charcuterie table was fit for a five star restaurant. There are no words to describe how pleased everyone was with the incredible presentation and magnificent food. A Touch of Spain exceeded all expectations.

We had an amazing Paella party last night - the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were so good and professional. We had a bunch of appetizers; empanadas, brandy shrimp, tortilla and gazpacho…. Everything was outstanding!!!

Gianni Morandi is the BEST. We recently hosted a paella party at our house and the food and service staff were phenomenal. Gianni and Stephanie arrived on time and were very professional, friendly, and accommodating even to our late-arriving guests. We look forward to hiring a Touch of Spain again.
