there aren't enough words to describe how amazing this company is. Hosted a party last night. The food was absolutely delicious. Everybody raved about it and it was so simple. They did everything highly recommend the appetizers as well. Pleasure to deal with. We will use them again and again.

We had an amazing Paella party last night - the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were so good and professional. We had a bunch of appetizers; empanadas, brandy shrimp, tortilla and gazpacho…. Everything was outstanding!!!

My husband loves seafood. For twoYears in a roll we have had Chef Gianni famous paella for his birthday parties. Both times were an amazing feast. My husband and our guests loved Chef Gianni’s beautiful paella! He was also able to accommodate my difficult food allergies by tweaking the ingredients.
