HORRIBLE service from the manager, we made a reservation to celebrate a birthday, we were already consuming drinks and food, the manager was super rude to my family, they kicked us out of the establishment just because the rest of the people on the reservation hadn't arrived yet, he lied saying there were people waiting outside but there was no one! Thinking about having a party there? DON'T DO IT.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant. I had made a reservation and asked if they were going to broadcast the Flamengo game. I was told that they would.
However, when the game started, the screen had no sound.
We called the waiter to turn up the sound, and we were told that there would be no sound to listen to the game, because another TV was broadcasting the Corinthians game.
In addition, the waiter Eduardo told us to go to Padaria 2000 to watch the game.
We were eating and felt very badly treated.
We paid the bill and left the place. We will not be returning.

It's hard to go to some places in Deerfield, this Manolo's Bar is one of them. You'll understand, it's absurd, there were no refillable drinks, so I had to pay more for the canned drink, the food arrived at the table already cold, I even thought about throwing up and had to run to the bathroom 😢 and at the end of it all I asked for the bill and the waitress told me that it doesn't include tips and the minimum amount is $9.00 dollars. Now, in addition to embarrassing the customer, they're demanding a minimum amount of tips for a product that I spent more on and that wasn't good, it was cold. They're already joking, this is a joke! I was very embarrassed because I was already upset with the drink that I had to pay more for, and the food that arrived at the table cold made me feel sick, and at the end the waitress came to demand that I pay the minimum amount for tips! And who doesn't have that? It's too embarrassing to charge so blatantly to the customer who didn't even bother to ask how the food was 🥘 was everything okay? Not only did you remember to charge the minimum amount for tips 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 congratulations to the management of the place, they are giving good training to the employees! 1 less customer of 2 years who frequented this place!

The place is nice, the beer is cold, which we enjoy a lot.. the only thing we regret ordering, it was the feijoada.. it was super salty, very hard to eat! What a waste and expensive.

The food is delicious and diverse. Each visit, the service has been excellent, with friendly and attentive waitstaff. The ambiance is inviting, featuring relaxing lighting and fantastic music, whether live or from speakers. I have been there for date nights, family days out and to celebrate my birthday.
