Honestly, I was looking for another restaurant but this caught my eye and I was very impressed. The food was delicious. The service was great.
Only negative I can say is that it's a little small place and it gets very squishy in the afternoon but then you can sit outside if you don't mind the heat

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and it never disappoints! The food is homemade, delicious, and clearly prepared with care.

The owners and staff are genuinely kind and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

There are different options depending on what you’re looking for:
All-you-can-eat buffet, pay-by-weight (you serve yourself and pay per pound) and generous to-go plates at very affordable prices (just ask at the counter).

Pollo & Steak Tropical Grill hits the spot every single time. From the moment you walk in, the smell alone tells you the food about to slap — hard. I ordered the grilled steak with rice, black beans, and sweet plantains, and every bite was packed with flavor like somebody’s abuela was in the kitchen.

The steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the chicken? Fire. Tender, smoky, and straight off the grill. The portions are generous too, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

The staff is friendly and the vibe is relaxed — perfect for a quick lunch or chill dinner. If you’re craving real Latin food that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting in a steam tray all day, this is the spot.

Great food, great pricing, nice staff! Couldn’t recommend more. I come here all the time. I saw another review complaining about price… if you get the chicken or beef special, you get tons of food for $9 or $12. If you think that’s expensive to eat a nice meal out, you probably shouldn’t be going out in the first place. They also have options to get all you can eat, or to weigh your food by pound, but don’t cry about budgeting and pricing when they offer a very good special.

Tried calling them but they put the phone down the moment I asked for English . And then started talking bad in Spanish about the gringo not speaking Spanish . Then went and tried the food it ain’t that special for this price

Really just not good. The mango condensed cream thing was delicious but the meat was all bad and the yeah just bad

I bought a surprise bag thru the too good to go app and the good was so good. I got the breakfast with grits, eggs, bacon, sausage and potato. Highly recommend 👌🏽
